This company is great!! So polite and easy to work with. They were on time and that was important. I was so busy. The guys that put the tent up were quick and friendly. I have referred them several times and will be using them again real soon. read more

Chris, the service tech, knew exactly what to do and found the problem, a clogged main line....(yech) was causing the backup into the downstairs bathroom when the washer drained. Problem solved in minutes. Then he checked EVERYTHING else as well. He even fixed an issue that we hadn't thought of, a main cleanout cap that wouldn't come off. And the cost was VERY reasonable as well (and he apologized for the increase since three years ago.) Additionally, Chris called from the road telling us he would be here at 10:30. He arrived at 9. Fantastic service! THANKS Martin's and Chris!

If you are into RPGs there are lots of one off campaigns you can join up for and more! There is a great library of games you can check out while you attend and also an entire selection of "play to win" games that you get put into a raffles for that copy of the game once you play it. The vendor area is the only downside for me each year. Lots of 3D print vendors and artists, but not enough publishers or people selling board games in my opinion. The space has gotten bigger and it feels super full now which is great. There is a quiet area to play and you can always take games back to your hotel room if you want. Look forward to this every year!
