We've been using Martin's since we moved here 11 years ago. They are a great company, very fast to get to the house, very efficient. Chris, the service tech, knew exactly what to do and found the problem, a clogged main line....(yech) was causing the backup into the downstairs bathroom when the washer drained. Problem solved in minutes. Then he checked EVERYTHING else as well. He even fixed an issue that we hadn't thought of, a main cleanout cap that wouldn't come off. And the cost was VERY reasonable as well (and he apologized for the increase since three years ago.) Additionally, Chris called from the road telling us he would be here at 10:30. He arrived at 9.
