He told me that there were two possibilities for the problem, a cheap option and a more expensive one. I liked how he recommended that we try the cheap option and see if it worked first. That's the way I prefer to do business. So far, the washer has been draining without issue. I'm out a $39.99 service fee. I think it was well worth the price. Denny explained that if the washer required more drastic repairs, they waive the service fee. In the end, these guys seem like honest, knowledgeable repair technicians. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I've had the honor of working with him on multiple occasions when he came to repair appliances, and each time, he has been extremely kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. Most recently, while Barry was repairing my stove, I experienced an unexpected water break in my bathroom--a pipe burst, and water was pouring everywhere. I had no idea how to turn it off, but Barry jumped into action without hesitation.
