The weather was great, so you could choose to sit inside or out; we chose indoors. Even though our waitress was busy, she was still attentive and friendly. The staff were welcoming and the bar area seemed pretty popular. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

This place is no frills but also special; no frills in the sense that it's really more like a warehouse and has no real charm at all, and special in the sense that they have a pretty awesome selection. The types of beer they carry and variety of soft drinks they offer are unmatched when compared to the local grocery store. If you're looking for some limited-distribution or hard to find flavor of any popular soft drink your best bet is to go here. Is this a destination place? The Happy Hour menu is what I came for along with the fact that it was Friday and my first full week of being back to work. I decided to come here after walking by and seeing their happy hour menu. The place is huge and beautiful inside. I included a small video in this review so you can have a better idea. They also offer outdoor dining, just a small area because the inside has plenty of space, even at the bar. I decided to get a classic mojito, buffalo chicken wings with sauce on the side, yucca fries with chimi sauce and my girlfriends ordered oysters, nachos, eggplant coquettes, also buffalo wings and beer along with a passionfruit and coconut mojitos. The drinks were good but not strong enough. I should have ordered some shots lol. The yucca fries were really good with the chimi sauce and my girlfriend enjoyed the oysters with all the toppings but thought they were really small. The eggplants and complementary dinner rolls were the stars of the night, they were delicious and I would ordered plenty on my next visit. As the night began to arrive they were setting up the stage for something like a musical act. The atmosphere began to change and the place became more intimate. A bit romantic and that was our que to leave. My overall experience was good, I had an evening and I will do another visit. I'm giving a thumb up! Happy Yelping!

I definitely have a thing for their Vodka sauce too How's the food? The meatballs are so good.. Tender.. They fall apart which I like. Not big on huge, dense meatballs anyway.. These things taste amazing! You gotta try them.. The Chicken Parm with spaghetti in Vodka Sauce is one of my favorites dishes The chicken is nice and tender, sauce has a great flavor, cheese is nice and melted, pasta perfectly cooked and it's a pretty big portion! The Mozzarella Sticks are like no other! I'm telling you! They make them fresh on-site.. Not store bought frozen sticks where the cheese pops out the casing.. These things are the real deal.. The cheese is stringy, well melted.. And they're pretty big.. They don't skimp.. Good for like 2-3 people.. I can only eat one myself.. The Pizzas are pretty good too! I really enjoy the entry dishes but if I'm with a group, I'll get a pizza to share. They're pretty small anyway. My favorite dessert is the Conollis! They have a nice airy, light casing.. The ricotta filling is so flavorful and fluffy.. So on point The service staff is always welcoming, accommodating and super cool. Really good crew. The place itself is so chill. Layback atmosphere, some really cool music plays in the background, classic Hip Hop, Funk/Soul breaks and more.. historical art decor fills the walls and vibes are always right in the spot. Might even have some games on the TVs.. great spot altogether.. You can see the Pizza cook in their fire oven.. Pretty cool I think. So if you're looking for a really cool spot to munch at in the Bronx Kingsbridge Neighborhood, you should definitely check out Kingsbridge Social Club. It's a vibe! Have a good one yall! -Ray

It's not just one place either, there are several pizzerias throughout the borough that serve quality, NY style pizza that can't be beat. Over the years, I have naturally gravitated towards a select few spots due to their location - Addeo's is one of them. Addeo's has a rich history in the Bronx - at its heart, it's a bakery that specializes in bread. They also have two pizzerias/Italian restaurants - one on the west side and one here in Morris Park. The latter is relatively new compared so its other businesses, having opened in the last 6 years or so. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's some of the best pizza I've had. New York at it's finest with fresh ingredients and that signature Addeo's bread used for the crust - it's everything you want in a slice. In addition to classic thin crust, they also make grandma pies, rolls, and calzones. Outside of pizza, they have several apps, soups, sandwiches, and entrees; one of my favorites is the grilled chicken and broccoli rabe sandwich with fresh melted mozz mmmm. While pizza will forever be a hot topic with New Yorkers, I will gladly throw Addeo's into the discussion of best pizza in the Bronx and NYC at large. It's well worth trying out and will forever be my go-to pizzeria.
