When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

When I was 5 miles away from the site, a text message popped up from Cameron saying he had to cancel in order to take his dog to the vet. ... and would I send pictures so he could work up a quote? Needless to say, I was not happy or impressed. He clearly was never intending to come at all. The meeting was scheduled at 10:00 and Cameron texted me at 9:53 to cancel. If he was actually intending to come, he would have been at the site or at least very close when he sent the text. There was very little concern for the value of my time- two hours out of my day to travel there and back with nothing accomplished. I must also point out, my husband and I are small business owners (of twenty years) as well and raised four children during those years. I understand the priorities AND the predicament. Why not a call or quick text an hour, 45 minutes, or even 30 minutes prior? At least I might have believed he had intentions of showing up.
