We had a great experience working with Aaron on two pretty substantial projects, a full bathroom…read morerenovation and rebuilding our deck. He handled just about every aspect of the work himself, including the demo, framing, plumbing, and finish work in the bathroom, and the demolition, reclamation, decking, and railing installation on the deck. Throughout both projects, he was incredibly hard working, flexible, and easy to work with. Put simply, Aaron is a good person. We always felt comfortable having him in our home and trusted his judgment when decisions or unexpected issues came up. He was also very accommodating when we made changes along the way and clearly took pride in doing the job right. We're very happy with how both projects turned out and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. And this is a reply to your response which is…read moreimportant for full transparency. I just wanted to clarify my experience -- short and simple- you confirmed an appt you didn't keep and then decided not to accept a project/work further because my tone of frustration (of which your lack of communications was the root cause ) was not acceptable. You say you "value mutual respect and clear communication in every client relationship. " Unfortunately, you didn't even communicate until I contacted you to ask if you were still coming. You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients. And best of luck to Hub Chan Remodeling. I didn't have a chance to experience their excellent work as others have yelped but hope others get to. Just confirm your appt ahead of time.
