Holy cow the results were amazing! Now, I have a whole box of things for my next round. It's made me completely reanalyze my wardrobe since I know I can get things tailored to fit me better now. One of the best items was a Reformation linen-esque black set that was an XL (pants and bottoms). I'm a medium, she took measurements, tailored them to fit me perfectly. I had read previous reviews before taking my clothing here. She totaled everything up in front of me and added tax to it to get that number. When I returned it to pick up the items the cost was actually $108. I asked her how the price changed as the note that I had on my ticket from her said $88. She said it was to account for tax, but I know that's not true because of the number I was given originally. I decided not to fight it because it wasn't that big of a deal, although unprofessional. When I got home and reviewed the state of the items I brought there, I was thoroughly disappointed. The suit jacket I brought in was still dirty, the pants were pressed incorrectly, and the claim number was punched in through every single item, including some silk items that now have permanent holes. I don't understand why somebody would punch holes through delicate clothing items that require dry cleaning. Overall, very disappointed in the inconsistent pricing and the state that my items were returned to me in.

The owner is elderly, and his been here for decades. Her husband owns a tailor shop on the other side of Central Expressway near SMU, so they really have a walk on this area. You never know whether you are going to speak with a pleasant person, or someone who is irritated and is just ready to retire. She can be extremely rude and short with you, and it is a crapshoot on whether or not she will make the effort to take an alteration that is not just taking up a hemline. Eta immediately assessed what needed to be done, and she was meticulous yet quick on measuring and pinning. The result was outstanding.
