This facility actually cares about their clients!…read more I'm filled with gratitude to this facility. I was in true despair and was ready to throw it all away, everything I had worked so hard for, all of it, it was horrible. By chance we found this facility and it was exactly what I needed. I was ready and willing to do whatever it took to get myself back in order and La Ventana gave me the tools that are necessary to make that happen. The staff treated me like family and everyone on board is passionate about what they do. I was given the structure and encouragement I needed, they were patient with me and let me be myself. They absolutely went above and beyond for me and my family and I will be forever grateful to them. I'm so glad we found this facility and my new extended family. Thank you EVERYONE at La Ventana, we got this!!!

Awful. Mean girls. Feeling unsafe there. Worse than a psych ward. Restriction after restriction…read more Young inexperienced staff. Awful food. Shared rooms. Awful psychiatric med management. Staff creates a mockery out of you. I could go on and on. Most traumatic experience ever

Was taken off my debit card and posted immediately. Did not stay and was told I would get it right back, the n t day. Had to make my way home with no car from Ventura, Ca to Los Angeles... in the middle of the night, approx 3 hours from home.. Very bad situation. I call every few months and still haven't gotten my money back, it has been 7 months. I am a very physically disabled person currently approaching major back surgery, and really need this money back. Pax seemed nice, and I gave him the money, but as soon as he went home I was left to deal with staff members who were not less than savage, as they kept my money. I have called 12 times, have logged all of the calls, never a call back. They don't seem like compassionate people to be in the business of helping others. Atleast this was my experience

Hands down the best communication & respect I've received to help me on my journey. I leave next Friday which in turn will be 30 days reset for me. This is my first experience ever in any rehabilitation center. I am glad I can in when I did. I've met some great people here along my journey to support my decision to enroll here. If you're thinking about coming here and can. Do it. You won't retreat it. Top notch care & the food is above average & always fresh. Thank you Logan & staff for being a part of my journey. All the therapist are top line. Jake the gym trainer, the best. Super sweet gentleman. From the services they offer to the nurses. Top line. Not to mention for being form East LA native Mexican-America Chicano, I was treated with Class & respect. All walks of life come here that I lived with for 30 days. Thank you Passages. shout out to John in the RS department.

I was with Inneractions, on-off for nearly 4 years... Go somewhere else…read more This is not the Inneractions that saved my life. This Inneractions of today (new owner) is run like a headless zombie. Definitely not for people who seek consistent, compassionate care. Today's Inneractions almost appears to be a monopoly business, that survives, by brining in folks straight from rehab, sending them to Inneractions Sober Living, and bringing them in for groups. Like a factory wheel. If you identify as LGBTQ+ -- Inneractions can not cater to you. Inneractions does not have the necessary tools or staff. Seek other support. The therapist and counselors are fantastic, truly they have helped me to turn my life upside down. 9 months sober and they still reach out and care about me and my sobriety. They truly gave me all the tools I needed, to be successful in sobriety. My life is beautiful beyond belief! Thank you InnerActions
