I call every few months and still haven't gotten my money back, it has been 7 months. I am a very physically disabled person currently approaching major back surgery, and really need this money back. Pax seemed nice, and I gave him the money, but as soon as he went home I was left to deal with staff members who were not less than savage, as they kept my money. I noticed day ONE that I had come to the right place. Every staff member from the Clinical Director, Isabelle, the house manager , Meryann, the nurse , Massie, both therapists , David and Ben, and all of the MHT's treated me with kindness and ensured that my needs were met. I had a problem with my insurance and Sharon, the Chief Clinical Director, got involved to ensure I received the treatment I needed. The daily schedule is so well curated so you don't really feel like you are in therapy all day but you are really working on yourself and your recovery in a meaningful way. I really enjoyed the therapist led groups that were thought provoking and allowed for open discussion/sharing. There was so much education but it wasn't a bunch of worksheets that you filled out or read from something akin to a textbook. All of the MHT's I encountered were so compassionate and a lot of them are also pursuing careers as therapists themselves which almost felt like a cheat code. You could go on daily walks, to the park, and had numerous opportunities to get out of the house for supervised excursions. I want to address some of the negative reviews. I didn't have any of the experiences that others have but the restrictions and rules that are in place may at times feel onerous or arbitrary but they exist for a reason. The staff is willing to work with you if you are asking for something reasonable. I had numerous requests that were granted and when others weren't I understood why. If you need an elevated level of care, I highly recommend La Ventana.

Clear treatment To start I went to a center close to my…read morehouse but it was unorganized, poor communication, and I didn't last a day. I spoke with my insurance and therapist to find a place that wasn't so AA heavy. They recommended Clear Treatment Center. It was an hour drive from my house but I was willing if it was the right place. When I emailed Clear a representative reached out quickly. I was really straight forward with what I wanted from a program and they were just a direct as me! I completed 3 months of PHP/IOP treatment for alcohol, that sounds like a long time but once you start doing the work it fly's quick. The center is welcoming, clean, and organized. After my first week it was getting tough! Jason, Christine, and Jamie helped me see all the reasons why not to quit! The staff is very understanding of everyone's situations and only want what's best for every client. The entire staff works well with each other and they all have their own strengths. Jason was my therapist. Trust me when I say I gave him a hell of a hard time at first. This guy never gave up on me and got me to figure out some things about myself I would have never done alone. Clemmy was my case manager and if your rough around the edges and need someone to help tell you straight but make you feel motivated after ever conversation that's my girl! Jamie heard me when I was needing to go back to work and needed to change my schedule. That's one of the most stressful things when you have to work and continue treatment but she always found a way to work with me and find a way! Thank you! Christine is really good at communicating and somehow gets you to understand how to vulnerable with yourself and trust. I still can't I trust people now. Thank I can't say enough about the staff and the vibe. Everyone is always ready to help and easy to talk to. The hardest thing is showing up and giving it 100% when your in a bad place. They make it easy to be yourself and work through what ever it is you need to work through. I met some really cool people and other clients going through something similar as myself im grateful to have met. I felt alone in this until I met people in the program. The staff is caring and competent, and the therapists are exceptionally good at what they do. My husband and I both learned a lot about how to parent a child with challenges. And our daughter was treated with respect and love. We never worried about what would happen to her or feared for her safety, which means a lot. It was important to my husband and myself to have our daughter placed in a setting that respected her and also did cutting edge therapy. At Visions they told us from the outset that they strive to earn kids' trust and meet them with creativity and treat them like humans.
