We weren't using any tools or doing anything excessive -- just visual inspection and starting the cars. Despite the fact that we were serious buyers and ready to purchase, the older owner became irritated, kept saying that "all the vehicles are the same," and complained that we were wasting his time just by asking for keys to compare another van. Instead of helping, he pressured us to buy immediately or leave. That attitude is unacceptable when selling used vehicles. If a dealer doesn't allow buyers to properly inspect cars, it raises serious concerns. We left and will not return or recommend this place.

These guys used Credit Union and offered 6.5% and our payment is $100 less then what the other dealerships offered. I always pay attention to how the office looks.
