I recently bought a 2006 Toyota Highlander from Frank. The car is in excellent condition, clean and the price is fair. I have it for almost a month now. I'm very pleased with the car. Frank shows that he really cares for his cars in his slot. They are all covered with a tarp. I don't see that from other small dealers. When I first entered the car for a test drive, Frank made sure that that I had a paper cover under my feet so the carpet doesn't get dirty.
