From the minute I drove off the lot, I started having problems. When I took it to a mechanic, he laughed and asked if it had been hit by a 747. No doubt, I could have done a better job with my pre-purchase inspections, but it was my first time buying a used car and I wasn't fully aware of the process. Nas lied and lied about the condition of the car knowing full well it was riddled with defects. For some reason I trusted him and ended up paying a very hefty price. Prices may look attractive and he seems genuine, but you get what you pay for. I gave him one star only because Yelp made me. I would rather just give him the middle finger. I hope that extra few bucks was worth it, Nas. Little did you know Yelp would come along and expose your lying ways.

Hello Yelp viewers, When it comes to buying a new/used car…read morethere are many things to consider and when I came to Access Auto Import, I was treated with the upmost respect, I knew I had to come back. I was on the hunt a year ago to purchase a car and when i went to my local dealership, I knew I would be taking a car home from this lot. With some many luxury cars to choose from I decided to leave with a BMW 645ci, and i was not disappointed! but satisfied beyond belief. I've spent a year with the car beardy and I haven't had to deal with anything major but regular maintenance that I do religiously. The reason for writing this review today is because I am considering buying my 17 year old daughter a car, and I would love to spoil her. This dealership has a variety of prices with multiple clean cars, I know I will surely find a car she will love. Even if I would need to finance this car, they would take care of me. I recommend coming here if you are looking for a clean reliable car. PS thanks nader and ryan!

I bought a new Lexus LX450 as my project truck for my do everything, road trip, mountaineering, expedition driving, vacation with family, etc. I brought it to troy to have a once over and to repair a few small wear and tear issues. We set up an appointment, and I expressed my goals for the truck and that I'd be doing more work over time (suspension kit, swing out bumper, winch and bull bar etc.). Troy got in the truck with me and took it for a drive. He tested everything that he could on a basic drive including the 4 wheel drive switches etc. In the end, he gave me a surprised vote of confidence that I had landed a very good truck for the age and the price I paid. Then we started with the work. When I came to pick up the truck, he didn't want me to take it. He had discovered a small power steering leak due to a hose that was aged that had shown up after other repairs. I needed the truck for a couple days, so I took it home, but Troy insisted that I bring it back so that he could make it perfect (and while we awaited a part delivery). I did and he refused to accept payment (even for the cost of the part) because he had missed it and I had to come back. This guy is the best. He is thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, and is active in the 4 wheel drive community. Now we're discussing my suspension mods. If you have a 4 wheel drive and have very specific ideas of what you want and you want great custom work. He's your guy.

Turns out his "BMW Inspection II" had very little to do with BMW's "BMW Inspection II". Example - He will not replace spark plugs. Also tried to sell me a tranny flush for a slushbox that has lifetime fluid. Final straw was when he came to look at the car, asked me to pop the hood, and said "oh man - I didn't realize this was the V6 M3! This one costs a lot more to work on" (BMW uses an inline configuration in all their 6cyl engines, and never put anything but a 6cyl in the E36 M3). If I know that, then someone who claims to be a BMW specialist had damn well better know that too! Moral of the story: Never go to a BMW shop that doesn't have a single BMW (or foreign car of any variety) in the bays, and you get what you pay for!

Public Auto Wholesale had the car listed for 1k less than what Carfax reports were telling me it was actually worth I had questions because my financing was pre-approved from my credit union and they didn't immediately recognize this dealership's name. My CU said that to approve financing, the dealership had to register the vehicle. Majio took my initial call (at a ridiculously early hour - and was immediately responsive) to respond to all questions I had about this and other questions about the car. It was EARLY too - but he was super pleasant. And yes, they absolutely can register your car. My sister was looking to donate her super-old and barely-running car and they took it for trade-in! From the moment I showed up at the lot, Bijan ad Majio treated me like family and I felt super comfortable. They asked me options (GAP insurance, etc), but only once for each option and were not at all pushy. I asked for help with the repairs and he flips out, saying terrible things to me. Karma works wonders, and based on what I've read about them, Strictly Ford has a lot of dues to pay. I called to ask about it, and they said they weren't sure what happened -- and added that they shouldn't have needed to remove the shield in the first place. The part is only about $100 (plus a $38 bolt kit), but it doesn't just fall off, and I know for sure it was on the car when I dropped it off. While mistakes can happen, this one wasn't caught or communicated -- and now I'm left replacing a part that shouldn't have been touched. Bottom line: inspect the work and make sure all your parts are still there afterward. Wolfe's had a good track record with me before, but unfortunately, I can't come back after this.
