But because business hours are during the week it took some coordinating and a day off from work to get the car in. Jamie said Wednesday was fine and when i brought the car in the tint guys was out. He had another guy look at it but wasn't able to fix the crease so they said they would make me a new reservation. So now I have to take another day off work and waiting to hear back if it's going to be fixed right. Will update again when it's fixed. The window tint came out absolutely beautiful....clean edges, no bubbles, and it gives the Passport a sleek and upgraded look. One of the main reasons I wanted the tint was to help keep the interior cooler -- we have a dog who is always with us, and comfort (and safety) is top priority. The tint has already made a noticeable difference in cooling down the cabin and also in keeping the temperature down in our dog's car crate. The ceramic coating is equally impressive. The car looks brand new--in fact, better than it ever looked (and smooth as a baby's bottom [if you're into that sort of thing]). They did a "light wipe down" of the interior, which turned out to be more than any other full interior detail I've ever had. Again, better than new. I also had a deep scratch on my driver's side mirror, which they had repaired and painted while they were working on the car. The repair is perfect, you would never know it had a deep gouge in it (don't ask...). Every one at XSiv is incredibly friendly and accommodating and went to great lengths to deal with my schedule. This is the only shop I will ever take my vehicles to for detail services. Oh, and they texted pictures during the process so I could see how my baby was fairing. Highest possible recommendation for premium level car care.
