First, I was having a fair amount of difficulty with my insurance company to pay my claim. Once Casey assisted me he had it completely resolved within two hours. I had been dealing with my insurance company for ten days. Second, his company had to send the car to Toyota for calibration. The car came back defective. Casey would not let my wife this car until the issue was resolved by Toyota. They did it free of charge. Casey did not want my wife to be stranded. Finally, when the Prius Prime, 2025, was returned back to his shop Casey stayed an additional one half hour as my wife was running late so she could pick up her car and return the rental car. I had the option…read moreto go with some other shops or the official Tesla collision center but I feel like I got the personal care and attention from Wes and everyone else at this shop that I appreciate. They're also open on Saturdays and a lot of shops are closed all weekend. (I heard that they also worked on 4th of July) This place is officially Tesla certified so don't worry about your warranty being affected or any possible issues with electrical stuff as they're fixing the body. Communication was great. Wes is detailed and straight forward. He's experienced with dealing with insurance companies so the process was smooth and eased my nerves and stress about the situation. Everything exceeded expectations, everything promised was delivered and I'm happy and grateful. Obviously I hope I never get into another accident nor do I want my family or friends to, but it's nice to know that I know a shop that I can trust now. Tip: a little hard to find because it's tucked away. GPS will probably take you to an address with an entrance on Auburn Street and then there's a sign that says don't enter there for customers, Uber and Lyft drivers. Go to the other side, one street over on Marmon Ave and go through what looks like the entrance for Hyundai's service center. Drive all the way through, past their stop sign, till you can turn right and then make a left at the end and a beige metal gate will automatically open. Harry's is right there and you can pull up and let yourself in to their nice office lobby. :-)
