It has plenty of character and all the fitness equipment you need to get into great shape, and a warm, caring, friendly, and funny staff to help you achieve your fitness goals. I also think it's a bit more private than most other commercial gyms, which I really appreciate. What makes this gym so special in the end is the people that work there. Paul, the owner, has a great repertoire with clients and trainers alike, which initially brought me to the gym. If you don't know what those things are, don't worry, they'll teach you how to use them. The classes are small enough that the instructors can correct your form and/or bark at you if you're not putting in enough effort! I've been working out here for approximately 5 years now and currently train with Ray (owner) to strengthen my legs due to past knee issues (2 surgeries) due to tennis. If you need more convincing, look at how they reply to unhappy customers on Google. Its astonishing. Came here and loved it. However, I was misled about the membership amount. I've even taken up the issue with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I requested to pay in full for the annual membership. I was told one price, then charged an additional monthly fee for months later. I have spoken highly of this place, but I'll make sure to tell people asking that they should go elsewhere. I asked to cancel due to this misleading information and they choose to do what's best for them. Bad way to do business for such a new gym. Annual membership cost: $263 to sign up the first day + $105.29 for every month after that. Make sure that you are absolutely sure that you want to deal with a manager/owner (Pierre) who will avoid you if he doesn't want to deal with your issues. I should've done more research before signing up with this company because they already have a lot of complaints against them regarding their membership agreements. Would I recommend? No. People have asked me about this gym and since they can't do the right thing, I'll let people know not to come here. Will I be back? Nope!
