There are no lockers, just cubbies to place your items near the front. The curtains block your view from the front, so your items are out of sight. I'm not particularly fond of that. The main studio room has a large mirror in the front. They have a separate room with Pilates reformer. Parking is available in the rear, it shares the lot with Formosa. Tips: bring a yoga mat and grip socks! They do charge for mats!

While I unfortunately don't think I can come back here any time soon (each class they have is 15+ credits), I enjoyed my class with Hanna so much that I wanted to write her a good review. When I walked in, someone at the front desk checked me in right away and she had a warm personality! Very inviting. She shared with me that we leave our shoes by the door, then we walk down the hallway to our class. I noticed that the floor was a little dusty as we walked past the other rooms for aerial yoga and for private classes. The Pilates class room itself is clean and designed well. There was plenty of space between one reformer and the next. Hanna explained all the instructions clearly and she had good pacing. She made sure that our form was correct throughout. It was nice that there were only three of us during my class so it felt like we were getting more attention. I also appreciated how encouraging she was and the music selection on the background made the entire time pass by like a breeze. My feedback would be about the reformer machines themselves. The reformer machines felt a little cheap just because the ropes would make this sound while we would be pushing to get resistance that I haven't heard from other Pilates studio machines. I saw some fraying on my ropes specifically. The platform also felt more narrow than the average. I was still able to do the exercises but as a 5'3 girly, I felt like I had the longest legs in the world. Overall, I'm glad that there is another Pilates studio near me that has dedicated parking and talented instructors. I hope they consider checking the machines every now and then for wear and tear but other than that, I had a wonderful time!

I think they're fairly new because there's just not a lot of information about this studio online yet. They also offer pole class - as they were putting away the poles when I arrived. The Kpop dance class was pretty fun. The instructor was very nice and she's pretty good at trying to keep it inclusive despite there being varying dance levels. The students were a wide range of ages - from high schoolers to older ladies in their 50s. The dance we learned was the dance break segment of a MeowV song. The dance was very fast but the instructor did a great job breaking the moves down. I parked on the street, but they have free parking in the back lot as well. There's a waiting area to hangout for parents or if you're just waiting for class to start. There's also cubbies to place your stuff, but no lockers. They have one restroom in the back - it's not super clean but it's spacious and gets the job done. There's also several piano rooms - so maybe they also offer music lessons here as well.

I have flat feet and was advised to wear supportive indoor workout shoes. I purchased a brand-new pair specifically for Pilates and asked if I could wear them inside the studio since they had never been worn outdoors. My request was denied without any consideration. I also noticed that the instructors wear indoor workout shoes during class, so I don't understand why students are not allowed to do the same. What disappointed me even more was how a family emergency was handled. My husband was unexpectedly called into an urgent in-person work meeting, and I had no childcare available for my 6-year-old daughter. She is well-behaved, capable of sitting quietly, and could have waited independently without disrupting the class. I explained the situation and asked if they could make a one-time exception, but they declined without offering any flexibility or understanding. I respect that businesses need rules, but I also believe great customer service includes compassion and reasonable accommodations when unexpected situations arise. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that policies were valued more than people. Because of this, I don't feel comfortable recommending this studio to others who may need understanding or flexibility during unforeseen circumstances.
