I made the phone call at 2:15pm today, and he said his employee was in Petersburg, and he would call me when she was back. Well over an hour goes by, and keep in mind-I only need one house key made. So I take it upon myself to drive up there. There are 3 employees there, so I thought that maybe he forgot to call me back or possibly forgot my number. He was super passive aggressive and rude to me because he was "in a hurry" and couldn't take the 30 seconds needed to make a mere house key. I don't recommend going here if this is the way the owner is going to act. Grow up dude.
