He found the problem with my plumbing and noticed it was far worse than anticipated, we discuss plan to go ahead and do a full replacement of the pipes that were damaged. additional equipment was needed, it was ordered and picked up within an hour. James came to help with the bigger job. They got it done very fast, answered all of my questions. Although a significantly large trench was dug out of the yard, they replaced all of soil, packed it down and made the yard look as aesthetically pleasing as they could.
