Same problems. Couldn't even miter floor trim or molding properly. Had list of work to be done…read more Could not even finish flooring in a week. No other work started. Had to fire, and hire lawyer to get deposit back. Buyer beware!

Do not hire him. Zero stars. He was never on-site, and some of his workers were utterly clueless…read more He will tell you he is the cheapest but, in the end, you will simply just want the nightmare to end. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a home repair company. Jason Hall (owner) will tell you anything to get your business. I needed to replace 2 decks, replace stairs on Deck 1, add stairs to Deck 2, replace the railings around my back porch, and fix a roof leak. As we completed the walk around for the estimate, he assured me he could do the work requested and have it completed in 3 weeks. What can I say? 7 weeks and the work they completed was bad, odd, and completely amateurish. The porch railing and spindles look like a cheap bamboo birdcage. The railings around the decks have numerous uneven cuts, warped posts, warped spindles, unsanded top handrails, unpainted, etc., and when it came to constructing the stairs on Deck 1, they are rickety and unstable. No stairs were added to Deck 2 because the owner, Jason Hall, could NOT DO THE MATH.... to figure out how to do them. Ironically, he expected me to pay the total price because...well...he tried. I gave this company a chance to make it right. Over two months, I tried to firm up plans with Jason Hall but could not reach him by phone (doesn't answer and never calls back) or text (he'll respond in the third person: "Jason is doing a concrete pour at 2:30, he'll get back to you after") and he never texts back. I even got a text saying "who's this" after we've been in contact forever. He strings you along, then poof! He's unreachable. Super frustrating. I gave this company a chance to make it right. They were unable to fulfill their promises and provide us with the service that I found to be our top priority at the time. To make it worse, the owner knew and acknowledged the work performed was substandard and had numerous problems, but he assured me that he and his crew would return and fix all the problems. Of course, they did not return, and the issues remained. At this point, I retained an attorney, and I am currently awaiting a court hearing in May 2021. I know the importance of 'trust' you must have in the person/ company doing work on your home. I was bamboozled. Jason Hall told me he was licensed, bonded, and insured. He was not. Do your research. Reach out to previous clients. I had a bad experience, but you may not. Would I recommend this company? 100% NO.
