I suspect Dr. Conway has retired, but I'm not sure. Every Thursday I get an email urging me to make an appointment, but when I text a reply there is no feedback. When I call the office the message says to use text feedback. I'll be stopping by the business to see what's up. Perhaps there is a written message posted, or maybe even somebody there to talk to. Dr. Brian Conway sexually harassed me on September 24, 2021, while I was a patient under his care. I filed a police report with the Dublin Police Department on September 27, 2021, three days after the incident of sexual harassment. The day I filed the police report, the police officers offered to walk across the street with me, to Revive Dental and Spa, so that I could confront Dr. Conway. The police said that I could inform Dr. Conway that I had filed a report, and I could tell Dr. Conway that what he did was not ok. The police officers walked over with me two times that day. I was prepared to face Dr. Conway, however he was not in the office. I filed a complaint with the Dental Board of California. I posted an honest yelp review. Dr. Conway sued me for $10,000 for alleged defamation when I spoke the truth about what he did to me. It is not defamation because I am telling the truth. I have every legal right to tell the truth about what he did to me. The judge agreed. Dr. Conway lost the lawsuit, after dragging it out for over a year, in what I considered to be his attempt to cause me as much pain and suffering as possible. Dr. Conway and his associates also made threats about me when we were at court in person. I have multiple witnesses. I informed the court of the threats that were made against me, and for our next court date, I requested to appear via Zoom, for my safety. My request was approved. I was very brave, and I told the truth about Dr. Conway, to the police, to the dental board, on yelp, and to the judge, who ruled in my favor. I have no motivation to lie about this, and every reason to tell the truth. There is no logical world in which I would put myself through all this trouble unless I was telling the truth. It was important to me that the next person he does this to has some record of his previous transgressions. I was advised that I could sue Dr. Conway for emotional distress, and that I had a winning case. I chose not to counter sue Dr. Conway, because the only thing that matters to me is that I reported him and told the truth about what he did to me. I do not want his money. I wanted a safe dental visit. It is a narcissistic fantasy on the part of Dr. Conway for him to suggest that I went through all of this trouble for no reason at all. He will claim he is innocent. He is not. I believe that patients deserve safety. Dr. Brian Conway made me feel incredibly unsafe as his patient, and based upon the experience I had, both in his office, and at court, I consider him to be problematic, perverted, and predatory. I would not recommend Dr. Brian Conway as a dentist. read more

This is a father daughter business. Dr Laura is wonderful. She takes time to understand if you have had any traumatic experiences ahead of time and takes a lot of care to makes sure you are comfortable and takes great care of your teeth. She was wonderful with me and both of my children. Unfortunately she is in the midst of relocating to Texas. That leaves her father Dr Brian. Please keep your teeth and kids away from him. When one of my teeth broke (don't bite on popcorn kernels). I went to him assuming he would be as good as his daughter. He left a gap between two teeth as he fixed the broken tooth. He knew as he finished that he had made the mistake but he didn't fix it or offer to fix it. Then they messed up my insurance on that tooth. But the worst was when I took my two teens to him for a cleaning. My daughter who has zero cavities and perfectly straight teeth following braces, was told by him that her teeth "look like shit". He used those actual words to me I front of her because he wanted to sell us an unnecessary treatment to remove the white dots left by the braces. (In many cases these disappear with time). The process he was selling would have stripped her perfectly healthy teeth of the natural enamel and replaced it with a resin. This is a beautiful teen who had been bullied in school and now her dentist was telling us "her teeth look like shit" Please if you value your kids self esteem stay away from him. He will use any kinds of words to sell you an unnecessary treatment. I'll include a photo of her smile for reference. I'd give Dr Laura 5 stars but she seems to be permanently gone. It's so hard to find an honest dentist in any city so when I met Dr. Lauren I was beyond thrilled. She doesn't push products or tell you to undergo multiple unnecessary treatments that can cost thousands of dollars. The practice is clean and calming and all the staff are wonderful people. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen and their waiting area is comfortable so it's not even a big deal if I had to wait longer. I love that they use a baking soda wash to polish your teeth and clean under the gumline. It ends up spraying everywhere and can taste salty, but it's a much more effective treatment and there are no chemicals. Plus, at the end of the cleaning they give you a warm towel with essential oils for a little aromatherapy as well as to wipe off any excess baking soda/salt. I would highly recommend Dr. Lauren and the entire practice if you want a trustworthy dentist who cares not only for your dental health, but overall well-being. read more

Buyers beware! My initial appointment at Revive should have been the last, but I decided to give them a chance. During my first visit, Dr. Lauren flat out insulted me when asking about teeth polishing after discussing a treatment plan for another issue (which I fully understood and would plan for in the future, but wanted my prepaid polishing). *By 'prepaid' I mean a service that was 100% covered by my insurance that was supposed to be done during that appointment. I went through with treatments, but noticed that every time I had a visit, money was owed out of pocket, no matter what was being done. I found this odd, because I have pretty decent insurance and remember that some services were fully covered. After my last appointment, I asked for an itemized invoice for the day's visit. Delta dental sent me a summary, and I saw that Revive was padding my invoice with services I never received and then CHARGING me out of pocket! Once I called the office they said they could apply a credit to future services...Excuse me, no you will not, because there won't be any! This would not have even been corrected had I not contacted them. There's no telling how many of these 'incidents' took place that had not been refunded. Don't be fooled by aesthetics. This was neither an ethical nor tranquil experience. read more

Have been a patient of Dr Lauren Conway for 2 years now. No matter your situation, I strongly recommend the kind and caring nature of her skills and that of her team. I haven't been to the dentist in close to two years. I've been putting it off for a number of reasons. The main reason was my old dentist was an hour away, where I used to live. I needed a dentist that was close to home, had appointments on Saturday, is patient and friendly. I found everything I was looking for at Revive Dental and Spa. When I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and doctor. The doctor introduced me to the staff and gave me a tour of the office. They got to work on me right away and were able to take care of a couple of small issues without having to reschedule. Loved that! Did I mention the massage chair while all this is happening...love the massage chair. The nurse and doctor were attentive to my comfort. At the end there was a nice hot towel to let you relax. Dr. Lauren is the best dentist ever! The office is very friendly and inviting and I enjoyed taking a break in the lounge with a latte from the coffee machine. It was really nice to just relax a bit before my sitting in the dental chair, which was also relaxing as it was a massaging chair. I have to admit it had been way too long since my last visit to the dentist and I am a bit squeamish when it comes to having someone poke around my teeth with sharp objects, lol. In any case, I was having a conversation with my friend about how difficult it is to find a good dentist who is skilled, compassionate and gentle and he recommended I come to Revive Dental and Spa. Since I frequently travel between Sacramento and Dublin for work I figured it would be worth it to give them a try. When I called in to schedule my appointment, I was greeted warmly and it was very easy to schedule my appointment, and the receptionist had my appointment scheduled within a week. Moreover, since they have all their forms online I was able to fill them out prior to coming in which saved a lot of time. On the day of the appointment, I woke up hopeful I had found somewhere to start going to for regular checkups and exams because of everything my friend had told me about this dental office, and everything turned out to be on par. It was very easy to find the office. I love the yellow flowered bushes near the door and they smelled great. When I went into the office, I was greeted warmly, and with my forms having already been filled out online, I was seated right away in the exam room. In my experience of dental offices, that does not happen very often, I remember at other dental offices having to wait, and wait, and wait. When I sat in the dental chair I was also pleasantly surprised it was a massaging chair, how awesome is that! As soon as I was seated, the assistant started my X-rays and was done in what seemed like seconds. Very efficient! Shortly after, Dr. Lauren came in to introduce herself and get started. She was friendly made me feel very comfortable. She chatted and joked with me and my nervousness dissolved away. Dr. Lauren answered all my questions and was very informative. During the cleaning and exam she was very gentle and thorough. So gentle that I literally fell asleep for a bit! In the end I was very satisfied with the quality of service and care I received from Revive Dental and Spa. I will of course be recommending you to my friends and family.
