We arranged to meet Denny on a Saturday to drop the car off even though they are closed on Saturday's. When he saw us trying to order an Uber he volunteered to give us a ride into Gresham so we could catch the Max train. During the repair process it became clear that we were the customer and not the insurance company. Having once worked in the collision industry I can attest that is usually not the case. Most shops are more interested in their relationship with the insurance company. When we picked up the car it looked like new again and we were extremely pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and if I have the need I would definitely use them again.

It was an easy decision to suck it up and take the insurance hit. While their quote was higher than the other I had gotten, their reviews blew the other shop out of the park. I was glad my insurance company allowed me to choose my own shop. Kraig was patient with me, having never been in an accident, and never having to make an insurance claim. He worked closely with my insurance company to make the whole process seamless. I dropped off the car and was able to get a free loaner car from the shop. This was a HUGE help! The duration they needed my car was quoted longer than the other shop, but they got my car back to me well before the overestimate. In addition to fixing the issues, the car was provided to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off and they gave me chocolate . Very happy with the service provided and would recommend this shop to others.
