We have been on the road for about 2 weeks now, starting in Washington, DC, so our van was grody. For $6 and only 4 minutes of our time we left with a pretty clean vehicle. Two people are standing at the opening of the wash with hoses to prewash the hood, roof, and back of your car. Then you go through the automated wash with big rollers and sprayers and such. The basic wash didn't get every single speck of dirt, but like I said, our van had a very real layer of dirt and dust on it. It only missed a spot or two on the windows. So I'm happy!

Several weeks ago, I noticed that the tire brushes were nonfunctional. We run each car through the wash at least once or twice per week. Each time washing a car, I noticed that the tire brushes were not repaired. Just yesterday (8/14/2023), I ran both cars through and noticed that in addition to the tire brushes not functioning, two of the main wash brushes failed to make contact with the car. I pay in excess of $50 per month for the "Ceramic Duck" wash mind you. When I mentioned to an attendant that the tire brushes and main wash brushes were not functioning correctly, she responded with, "We know and we are working on getting the problems fixed". Here's where it gets good, she went on to tell me that I have to understand that they [Quick Quack] have more than one location and that their maintenance person will get to the problems at this wash when he has time. Once I heard that, I told the young lady to CANCEL my plans on both cars and that I would not be back. I would rather hand wash my cars than pay a monthly fee for the the "Best" car wash plan that they offer that fails to deliver. Everything is expensive these days and I refuse to spend my money on substandard service! Please see the pictures that I took immediately after running my cars through the wash. The team tried many things, but did not give up. They finally found a product that would remove the road paint without damaging the paint. I am very pleased with the results. While I was there I watched the care they gave every customer. I am impressed with their attention to detail.
