That was a waste over 12k, and now I'm horrified by the way my ears look. I would also note Dr. Carlisle did an upper bleph on me before he joined Koch & Carlisle, and it left horrible scarring. I was allergic to the sutures they used, I had even complained to his nurse at the time who told me just to stop using some ointment I had been prescribed. I did, but turns out it was from the sutures. Dr. Carlisle had gone on vacation after this was done, so hence the lack of after care. Anyway. Two bad experiences from two different providers. I would not recommend.

The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me into the schedule within an hour. The clinic/spa was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. Once inside, I was greeted right away and asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. Within five minutes of completing the paperwork, the nurse (yes, an actual RN) Kelly came and took me to the back. She genuinely listened to my concerns and we worked together on deciding the best placement of the injections for my desired outcome. She was very friendly and personable and even provided me with her cell number to send her a picture update in 2 weeks. I felt comfortable and in good hands. Oh, and a bonus....each botox unit is $13.00, but for first time clients, each unit is offered at a discount of $12.00! The atmosphere was relaxing and I walked out feeling very satisfied!
