Their technician came out and was confident that it was a relay board. I contacted Shaw to see what the update was and when they were coming out to change the board. The wife stated she believes its the brand new thermostat that is causing the clicking noise. So who do you believe, the owners wife who probably only handles emails and phone calls or their own technician? So far, Mrs Shaw refuses to fix the relay board because she still thinks its the thermostat and what her own employee says is useless information. Remind you that he's their trained professional who does the installations.
