The most precious old sonic ever! Super cute inside, stop and take a break, play some ticktacktoe! They will make what you want, I tried a chai with a gingerbread twist! Clean bathrooms, free WiFi, great service. Comfy inside, we stopped on a raining day passing through and it was perfect! Oh and yummy too! They have pastries too.

I live half a mile from here and meet with friends here every Wednesday. There is a large table in the middle of the coffee house that we take over and the staff is patient with our bursts of laughter and sometimes loud conversations. Other patrons will hear us and join in the conversation at times. This is a lovely place to hang out at, the staff are wonderfully patients with our large group (5-8 people) coming there weekly and we all love the food there. If you happen to there on a Wednesday and see a large group of people talking in the morning, please consider joining in the conversation, it only gets better the more that join in.

Great coffee, lots of sugar free flavor options and dairy free creamers. Adorable place. Friendly staff.

Supreme avocado toast was indeed supreme!

Most excellent! Good good. Good location. Good service. Wonderful and peaceful atmosphere. We will be back.

What a beautiful stop for coffee and a few food menu items. All the choices in coffee that a Starbucks would have but with a nice vibe. Busy little place with indoor and outdoor covered patio. The lights are a nice touch. Inside it is a modern coffee shop with a counter walk up. Really nice parking because the last business here was a drive-in. Plenty dry on the patio because I'm enjoying my coffee in the rain outside. Clean rest rooms. Free wifi. Items baked daily including the bread for the avocado toast. Wonderful cup of coffee. Pet friendly patio. This place is so new that they are waiting on their road side sign. Easy to miss. Right across from a Red Roof hotel.

I'm a very picky coffee drinker and it was made perfectly where most places I leave disappointed. Want and welcoming can't wait to go back.

The shop itself is small, retro, and really cool it looks like something that could have existed in the 1970s, but with a modern twist. When you walk in, there isn't any indoor seating. Instead, it's more of a walk-up counter experience where you place your order. Around the shop you'll find different stationery items for purchase, like bumper stickers, greeting cards, notebooks, and other fun little finds. I ordered a hot chocolate for my toddler and a latte for myself, and both were perfect especially because it was freezing outside that day. The warmth of the drinks hit the spot. While there's no seating indoors, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the patio area, which overlooks the river and offers a really nice view. Because of the cold weather during our visit, we didn't stay to sit and enjoy it, but on a warmer day I could definitely see it being a lovely place to linger. From what we saw walking around, this seemed to be the only coffee shop in the immediate area, and it's easy to understand why locals love it. It's small, charming, and the staff was very friendly, making it a memorable little stop during our visit.

After having coffee all around this place, I can confidently say that Mountain Mama's Coffee is doing it the right way. As a former roaster, I can appreciate the small things like how they worked the bar during a rush, the customer service of the staff, and attention to detail by the baristas to ensure every shot was pulled, milk steamed perfectly, and providing quality coffee. This hands down is the best coffee shop in this area. I had a cup of drip coffee which was a blend of Peru and Brazilian coffee beans. It was nice to finally be able to enjoy a black cup of coffee on this trip. I also had a cheese danish and a Morning bun which were both tasty and satisfying. The environment was very cool! Loved the decor and it was a nice size space that used every corner they could without it compromising the aesthetic. Sad I didn't get to Mountain Mama's earlier on this trip but I know from here on out it will be the only coffee shop I come to.

I'm not sure if the person at the counter was new or training but he didn't know if they served hot cocoa. Another staff member taught him how to prepare it and ring it up. She asked if I wanted whipped cream but didn't say it was a $1 up charge which is quite steep for a drink that's only $3.50 or so to start. It was just canned whipped cream so that felt very pricey: the cocoa was average. I also ordered a cheese Danish to go and the employee just opened a box and the lid of the Danish cloche and told me to grab one. I feel like they should use a paper to grab it; I don't like the thought of other customers putting their hands in to choose. I also didn't want to touch my own pastry with my bare hands before washing. It didn't really make me want to return to try a sandwich. I understand that new employees need training, if that was the case. But I do think they should be familiar with what basic beverages are available.
