In the front is a small gourmet coffee shop with a variety of pastries. The decor around the property from building to building gives a hometown country feel vibe. There is an indoor glass greenhouse with a variety of plants that thrive in low light and high humidity. If you're thinking about going, they are celebrating their 7th anniversary with all kinds of deals through MAY 25! The first standout is the customer service. I received help from Blaine (sp?) today. He is knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. I needed help repotting an orchid. First, I couldn't believe how affordable it was - only $8. Blaine handled my plant with care and explained every step he took, going into detail of why he trimmed certain things, explaining the moss that it needs, and gave me instructions for a watering schedule. He clearly knows his stuff so I also got his advice for my plant purchases as well! I bought 2 cute plants with pots for my patio. Blaine even potted those too. Beyond the service, there was an array of plants and pots in a variety of price points. What also drew me is that there is a diverse collection of popular plants but also rare ones too and they all are grown locally at the BWH Greenhouse in Apopka, FL. The shopping experience is also delightful as there are 2 comfy leather couches to sit - it made the space feel so inviting. I saw several people stop to chat with coffees while I was there. The corner shop seems to have made the most of every square foot. Besides the plant-lined space, and in addition to the cozy couches, there was also a work station for the repotting, and an event room with a large table. Jungle Room by BWH Plant is not only a plant shop, but has community-building experiences too. They offer a variety of reoccurring events and workshops like BINGO, paint your pet, making terrariums... I can't wait to start attending! Location is excellent in The Drive, the main street for shopping and dining in College Park. There is plenty of free street parking in the area around Jungle Room. Note that they are closed on Mondays. Open 12pm-7pm Tues-Weds, 10am-8pm Thurs-Sat, and 10am-5pm Sun.

There's also an entire wall that is perfect for taking cute pictures, which I obviously had to check out. I'll definitely be coming back, especially to try one of their pottery classes. I was trying to start a spice/vegetable garden and didn't necessarily want to get the advice on how to start it from per se a store that doesn't specialize in that. Grow Giant fit the build. I went in, explained what I wanted to do and they directed me in how to start my garden. I don't think I realized how many different fertilizers there are. They explained all them to me including which ones would be better to grow in the area I had planned to start my garden in. They also explained things like how much light, how much spacing, how much water I would need. I almost started rethinking my decision. In the end, all went well and I am glad I have Grow Giant to thank. Great friendly helpful employees.Extremely patient with me and my questions. In the end, I just went with the spice garden. I will be returning. Highly recommend.

It took me a while to write this review. I am not a difficult person and I knew something was off…read moreabout this place from the start. I paid for a washer and dryer online and was quoted a monthly price, but I was still asked to come in and fill out more paperwork. When I got there the price they gave me was $20 more than what was quoted online and I still had to pay an extra fee for the next week. I just went with it. When they delivered my stuff they failed to bring a certain part that I needed for the dryer, I called every other day to get them to bring it but it took them almost three weeks. They are always adding on hidden fees, there is no online system in place to let you know exactly how much you need to pay and when, they just call you a day or two after your "due date" and tell you that you have a late fee, even though they failed to call on the day of. And every time they called, they tried to rope me into paying for the entire month, versus one or two weeks, telling me that I'm down to pay monthly. I never agreed to that. They are unprofessional and all over the place. The last good review on here was for five months ago, I'm guessing they have new staff who don't know what they're doing. I forgot to mention that when they come to my house they knock on the door like the police, I told them that I have babies in the house the first time they did that. I write reviews of every place I do business with or visit, this will go everywhere if it will save multiple people from the headache and force a business to do better.
