It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. The service tech arrived on time, had the parts with him and was able to fix it on the spot. He was in and out within 10 mins. The diagnostic, parts and labor was around $230.
