The sweet lemon was pithy & inedible and looked like a lumpy grapefruit. We took a sample of each to Pokey's - expecting to be offered a refund or replacement. They told me they offer one-year tree replacement guarantee when I made the purchase. Upon arrival half of trees were barely alive. After the nursery planted the trees, I was shocked when they asked to be paid $700 in cash for the service. A week later, two of the trees they planted died. I called Pokey's, they told me they will schedule to come by my house to replace the dead trees. It has been well over two months and I still have not heard anything back from them.

I have purchased many, many plants, veggies, herbs, annuals, shrubs and several trees from Tropic Decor over the years. Their market selection is seasonal to our growing climate, offering healthy and popular plants, annuals, herbs, veggies and shrubs from week to week. If you are looking for something in particular, just ask. When I was searching, I was directed to the office number who advised if the plants I wanted would be available at the next market. Happily, they were. When we purchased 2 large magnolias, their staff delivered and installed the large and cumbersome trees for a very reasonable fee. The work was done quickly and the trees looks great years later. Whenever I purchase something I'd like a few tips on, most recently the Red Robin tomatoes, I seek out the advise of one of the 2 older gentleman. They always have a smile and some great growing advice from their years of farming and growing in the Central FL climate. In this case, I'll happily keep those Red Robins in a pot and very well watered. At the market they take cash, or a check for large (tree) purchases.
