Grind Coffee Company BAD CHOICE! NO STARS! WASTE of MONEY!…read more A horrible disappointment! Never again! I was genuinely excited to try the coffee here. I stated to the young lady at the counter that this was my first time patronizing the business and that I was looking forward their offerings. She looked at the other young lady at counter and rolled her eyes and just smirked. I asked her for some recommendations... their signature coffees, what they're known for, and customer favorites. She rolled her eyes again and with a smirk stated that "these are good" as she pointed to a piece of paper with a list of drinks that she pushed across the counter. She didn't make any recommendations, just read this. Noting her dismissive attitude, I just ordered my plain coffee which took almost 10 minutes. I paid for my coffee and went on to my meeting. I took a sip and realized that was not what I ordered. She did not serve me coffee she served some kind of chai nasty tasting mess with almond milk. I had to throw it out. Needless to say the $7.00 would've been better spent somewhere else. I don't feel valued as a customer at this place. I can't take them seriously, if they can't even be courteous enough to listen to the order, and ensure it was right. Such a shame, it truly was a lost opportunity to be welcoming, and willing to take me from first time customer to loyal customer. Failed at delivering an amazing customer service experience. Well as the saying goes, "You get what you paid for", I sure did! There are better places to get a Great cup of coffee... go there instead. Too bad for the owner that this person is the face of the business and a poor representative of the business. I guess we know now what NOT to expect from grind coffee company.

Beautiful Cafe for a Local Church…read more Location is easy to find. Showed up around 1pm in the afternoon, there was serval customers already seated and waiting for their order. Ambience was quiet and perfect for work or study. probably a great location to do a meeting or interview. Lots of space for a family as well; there is a Nursing room available for breastfeeding mothers. Restrooms were clean. Parking lot has tons of space and the front area is available for Handicap parking. I took a minute to look around, then placed an order. There was matcha available but the barista was honest about never having made it before so I didn't take a risk in ordering it. I asked for a recommendation but was told everyone pretty much loves everything so I tried something new and got a Coconut frappe. I mentioned my dairy allergy and requested that it please be made with dairy free milk. She said they have coconut milk available and mentioned the Frappe comes with only one shot of espresso. I waited awhile for the order and they brought it out to me at the seating area. I mentioned how beautiful the presentation was but couldn't have whipped cream so I sent it back, they scooped out the whipped cream and topped it with coconut flakes. I left and took my first sip in the car; the drink itself was Heavenly! Perfect for a summer flavor or a seasonal staple. However; I couldn't detect the coffee flavor. I got off to double check it was in there and upon returning back to the establishment the barista informed he was about to chase me down to let me know they put Ice cream in ALL their frappes! *note to self if you also have a Milk Protein Allergy! He apologized and mentioned he would happily make any other drink for me free of charge. They took back my original drink which was a 16oz Samson. And I placed a new order, I did request another without ice cream and unfortunately they mentioned they could not at all make another without it including dairy. I decided to pivot and do a simple iced coffee with coconut milk and syrup instead. Once the drink was ready I took a sip as the barista asked me to try it and let him know if it came out ok, truthfully it wasn't your typically sugar spiked coffee. Just a simple homemade iced coffee. The regular iced coffees include 2 shots of espresso. I grabbed a couple of sugar packets they had at the bar and just added them. I wouldn't rate the iced coffee more than a 3/10. But the proceeds to fund the church and their Mission to spread the word of God! so definitely goes to a worthy cause. The frappe was truthfully the best thing I've ever tasted! 10/10!

Beautiful aesthetically speaking. The ambiance was quiet…read moreand the barista was quick to take our order and greet us. The Bakery/ Cafe is connected to a Kid Friendly play area which isn't free. You'd need to pay for entrance or get a membership. They have a restroom which is spacious enough for a family or mother with children/ stroller. However if you're a Buisness who caters to families a Baby Changing table would greatly be appreciated for ALL parents that come by. That is always an overlooked need for parents in general. Other than that it was a clean establishment, not the outside area for the plaza but the restrooms and inside were clean. The menu offers variety and they also have a fridge for other beverages. It's super simple. However, the coffee and matcha were very bland. A good option if you're sugar free or into a simple coffee not on a sugary end. The matcha quality was ok and flavor was minimal. It was a Mango with Coconut Milk. Sweetness was only from the milk. During my visit, I did accidentally spill my drink all over my table. I ran back inside as I was enjoying outside seating. I asked for napkins and didn't get help. I grabbed some off a table and cleaned my mess. I was I'll admit disappointed by the lack of hospitality on the business's end. No offer to replace my drink that I had just paid for, no offer to clean up until I came back inside another time for more napkins. And just insisted I clean the mess myself. I left in such disappointment and don't plan on returning. It's an ok option if this is local to you but not a first choice. They lack hospitality and not enough barista knowledge for both a coffee and tea Buisness. Great if you're a mom that lives nearby and need a little escape to let the kids run around but not if you're a parent on a budget.

The Scandinavian breakfast is cute and good but the hard boiled egg is too messy to peel. It's not easy to remove and you're left with a messed up not so much egg. Delicious drinks: Miso Shakerato and flat white are my faves. I personally don't like their vanilla (has saffron). It does take a while to get your order and if it's more than one person, you get you items one or few at a time so others at the table are awkwardly waiting while you have your order. Staff is friendly. Space inside is cramped, but there is outdoor seating.
