The manager/scheduler whom also pretends to be a health care provider decided to cancel my appointment on her own, canceled my account all together and discharge me as a patient all because when I called to schedule an appointment she was asking way too many questions( Out of her scope of practice ) and falsely claimed I was given 3 bottles of Semiglutide during last visit when I was only given 2, so I hung up the phone as I didn't have time for it and had to return to work. Today when I called to complain, she stated she is the office manager, would not give me her name and would not connect me to the owner, she also basically stated that she has discharged me from the practice, imagine that! For a cash paid business you need to provide a way better service to keep people coming back because this is unheard of. Because there are plenty of other practices around that are way better than this.
