BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Worst boutique I've ever encountered , from the quality of the clothing to the customer service to the misrepresentation of ALL items on the site (photos are NOT what you receive - they take photos from other sites of well made clothing, post them to sell on the site, then send you cheap "replicas" that aren't even similar patterns or structure etc) to the NO REFUNDS return policY etc. I have had to return 6 purchases from them now because they refuse to give me a refund and only keep issuing me store credits/ gift cards. Reasons I've had to return : Two piece set that I received with a ripped hem (photo attached) Item I received that was the incorrect size of what I ordered Skirt I received that pattern was completely different than shown in the photos with a black banded waist Skirt I received that showed a structured zipper waist in photos but came with a cheap stretchy band waist For all of these items I've had to pay my OWN shipping to return, was not offered refunds, and also had to beg the store for months in countless emails to even provide me the gift card /store credit they are supposed to provide. Had to finally private message them on instagram to get them to provide any response. This place is an absolute SCAM. This store is horrific and so is the people who work here. I should have come to their Yelp page to read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a $400 dress off of their website, that's a lot of money for a dress. When I received it, it was all glue showing, ripped, and of such cheap quality I couldn't believe it. Looked like something from F21 or H&M. I contacted them immediately to ask for a return label and a refund providing said photos of this "luxury dress" This was on 2/25/22, the customer service rep asked me if I was sure I wanted to return the dress that she could send me a replacement. I said no, return and refund was what I wanted. She then told me she was going to see what her manager would say, excuse me? I had to raise hell just to get a shipping label. It's now 3/11/22 and they've had my return for 5 days now and have hung up the phone on me when I called regarding my refund. Instead they sent me a gift card! STEER CLEAR of these horrific, petty, lying, and dishonorable people. I've now escalated this to the BBB and filed a chargeback with my credit card company. When you call them, you can hear the manager in the background telling the girl to say she's not there. Terrible customer service. I placed an order for a dress that I was going to wear for my birthday. The dress never arrived when it was supposed to. I paid for shipping n never got it. I had to call the boutique everyday hoping the dress would come before my bday. They promised to call me back everytime and never did. Finally my dress arrived at the store. They texted me 1 minute before closing to tell me that my dress came in about an hr ago. I immediately called them trying to coordinate for me to pick up the dress. But they said they were closed and no one was able to open the store (this is literally right after they texted me) how inconvenient. I emailed 4 times with letting them to send the item back and get a credit. No response at all. The store doesn't respond and doesn't care about their costumers. I ordered the colors glow embellished dress in gold for my daughter and thought it was a steal as I've seen on other sites the same dress was way more. Pricey,but we fell in love with it from day one. I ordered and via emails was told was not available. I gave them a wear date and it was delivered on time . Excellent! The dress was everything I imagined ....beautiful! I will definitely shop at reveboutique again! The only downside it's so much quicker to communicate via email than on the phone, also I should have opted for the free shipping oppose to the $30 2 day shipping, even though they did meet my wear date as requested it was past the 2 day shipping that I originally paid for, as the item wasn't in stock when I ordered and had to wait. Overall I was happy in the end and they made a customer! Quality merchandise and they were very much attentive to my needs and delivered. I ordered a style online which took about a month to arrive. I had a hard time reaching someone by phone, however responded fairly quickly on email. when I ordered, I wasn't sure of the exact measurements of the size I took a chance and I did email Reve Boutique and they replied the size I should order. The only issue I have it that the quality of netting is a bit sloppy, but I can live with it and I had to pay for 5-8 day shipping charges, which came about a month later. Otherwise, it's a cute dress and fit. Great styles on Reve Boutique, but I'm not going to lie, I'm hesitant to order on line again, perhaps, it may be better walking into the store and trying on. read more

This place has absolutely the worst customer service, not to mention very lacking product descriptions and no sizing information! I ordered something thinking I'd give them a chance despite reading all the bad reviews and what a big mistake that was. The product came in and was definitely not what I was anticipating (due to the lacking description). I sent it back and got credit back only after contacting them (which isn't easy). Later on, I ordered something different with the credit and waited for weeks only to find out they don't have the item in stock (I only found out because I reach out again to them!) I had reservations about ordering from Reve but went ahead and tried it because I'd been looking everywhere for a heel like one it offers. While the customer service was slow to respond, when I was able to get in touch with someone, she was nice and largely helpful. However, they requested information that seemed unnecessary during the ordering process, and I was never able to get a clear answer why. They initially declined to ship until I provided that info; eventually they just shipped anyway without me ever providing it. The shoes arrived without sufficient packing, were damaged in two places and, while cute, are certainly not of a quality commensurate with their price. I don't recommend this boutique. read more

Wow. I called in to price match a dress just a couple minutes ago actually WAIT. More like a month ago...never received a call back and when I decided to call back a month later the owner started screaming at me because Nordstrom has them for 180. I wanted to go to reve for the dress so I can check out what else they have in the store since I do like there clothes. However, she's not screaming at me when she makes a sale off me. Each time I buy her stuff I go home and check the prices for the items I buy and it's grossly over priced. Then, she asks me to spend my time sending a link while...then saying she won't even price match me regardless of the link is true or not. Read the previous reviews and apparently the owner is known to snitch on other retailers for pricing. I did not send the email because I was not going to waste my time. Meital, the apparent owner of this shop, has no idea what it means to appreciate her customers and make them happy. I'm definitely not surprised by all of the negative reviews on here. I would give 0 stars if I could. I came to this boutique with my sister & friend on a snowy day. All 3 of us walked in wearing no makeup, UGGs and dressed down & had a complete Selena moment. For those who have not seen the movie, it's when sales representatives look at each other and pretty much ignore you and don't offer you service because they think that you won't make any purchases. Luckily for them, I was in a mad rush to purchase 2 dresses for 2 upcoming weddings. As much as I didn't want to give them my business, I also wanted the satisfaction of showing these rude chicks that I could afford 10 of each item in their store. I purchased 3 dresses. I try on one red HOLT dress, which they have priced much higher than the HOLT website, but I let them live b/c it fit me perfectly although it was a S & I wear an XS. I tried the same dress in black in a size XS & it was baggy. This didn't make sense but the store owner assured me that the dresses are hand made so every dress size "varies". Then, I try another gown by TAHARI, which they have priced $130 over the retail price. I mention this to the owner, who rolls her eyes & tells me she'll give me $50 off. No thanks. When I declined, she agree to price match. When I go to pay for all 3 items, they act surprised & say that the red HOLT dress that I was about to pay for is actually on hold for someone & they will place a rush order for the same dress. When the dress arrived, it did not arrive at my house as they had promised, it arrived at their store. I had to send someone to pick it up for me b/c the boutique hours conflicted w/ my work schedule. When I tried it on, it was HUGE. The dress was the same size that I had tried at the store (S) so it became clear that the dress that I had tried on was altered in every way possible. When I called the boutique, I was told "no refunds". I showed up in person & they told me sales were final & the owner wasn't present so I had them call her. They spoke in another language for approx. 5 mins & the 2 sales ladies kept passing the phone back & forth. One of them became aggravated & told me that the owner was telling her to pretend that she was unable to get in touch with her. How rude, unprofessional & conniving. She intentionally knew what she had done & was now trying to avoid the problem by stalling & ignoring me after I had spent over $1,000 at her store. In the end, I got my refund but I will never be back here again. This review is for the online store... Bought a dress from their online store (which cost about $300). When I got it and tried it on it did not look like it was pictured. Went back online to get their return info only to find out that they do not offer refunds. I can't believe I didn't see that when purchasing in the first place,I never buy from stores that don't offer a refund. Not only that, they offer you a store credit but you have to use it within one year. What if I can't find something I like during the year, is my money not worth it anymore??? They don't even stock most of the dresses, they are drop shipped from the manufacturer, so why the stupid refund policy? The lady who owns this shop is a sneak - we told her that we saw the dress we were planning on purchasing from her online for a cheaper price and asked if she could do a price match for us. She said sure no problem and then proceeded to go behind our back and call the designer to report the other store that was selling it cheaper than her. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a horrible experience with them! Bought items on Black Friday - NOTHING was shipped until end of December. Ordered a dress in a size SMALL was emailed 2 weeks later told sorry they no longer have it in small...then was told to confirm if I want a xsmall instead. I responded with well I ordered a small and it was available....and STILL available on website. Was told they "were" too busy to change it...and I explained to them I'm TRUE size small and I'd rather wait for it to comeback in stock. Then was told The extra small is very stretchy and if I wanted to let them know as soon as possible so they can ship it not even an hour later I received a shipping confirmation without me even saying yes they shipped me the extra small. As I told him previously extra small would be too small and that was the case and now I have to pay to ship this back and lose money on it since they take $10 off your transaction for returns. Although they sent me the wrong dress, they have excellent customer service! I received the (wrong) dress and when I contacted them through email they replied back within minutes. After I asked for the different color they told me they didn't have it but within minutes again they emailed me saying that the warehouse will rush ship it to me today. Then I received another email saying that they contacted UPS for me and that they will come and pick up the package from my house!!! How convenient! I don't like to write these kind of reviews about another's business but this place didn't give me any other option. I went to find a dress for my nephews wedding and once I got there at first they seemed very friendly, helpful. I found this one dress ($1450 was the price tag) but she sold it to me for $850. I liked the dress but wasn't in love with it. The owner came up and started giving me compliments and its a beautiful dress....blah..blahh..blahh. She finally convinced me even though I wasn't 100% sure I liked it. I stressed to her that the dress needed a lot of work in alterations and she mentioned that she had the BEST seamstress, so it wouldn't be a problem. You know what, I took her word. Purchased it. Went home. Still debating on it. Sent my dress to her seamstress that she HIGHLY recommended. I asked her to please be honest with me. That if she couldn't fix the dress not to take it. She assured me that it won't be a problem. Well a few weeks later mind you the dress is a disaster. It is no longer wearable. I went back to the store and told them of what HER seamstress did and they didn't even want to hear it. Truly disappointed. My wedding is tomorrow and I have no dress. If you are looking to purchase a dress for a specific occasion DO NOT order from Reve Boutique. I ordered a Holt dress in size XS at least two weeks before Christmas, along with another dress. Not only did the dress come late but it was in a separate shipment which was never communicated to me. Strike two came when I realized the dress I had been waiting for was the wrong size. Yes. They shipped me a size Small instead of an XS. This was my New Years Eve dress which I needed in a few days. Unfortunately, Reve Boutique told me for their mistake Id have to first ship my dress back that they screwed up and then wait until the warehouse received my shipment to send out the actual dress I ordered. I clearly couldn't wait that long so I brought the dress to a seamstress and had it altered (spending an additional $60). Reve never offered to refund me. The last straw was a dress I ordered with 2Day shipping on Tuesday which I needed for an event on Saturday. I figured my previous experience could be chalked up to bad luck, but no, it is bad customer service that is the issue. The next day I get an email back telling me "sorry this dress actually takes 7-14 business days to ship". You could imagine my fury. Let me also note I live 5 minutes from their boutique in New Jersey, but you can never pick up anything at the store because they don't carry 90% of the clothing offered on their site. Needless to say, Reve Boutique has nice merchandise but terrible operating procedures. If I need a dress in the future I will be going to one of their competitors who offer the same clothing but value their clientele. read more
