I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. Then you have to send back the original (shipping paid by you), wait for them to receive it, review it, and approve it. Then they will finally issue a store credit or send the new size. So if the first size doesn't work, consider the fact it will take 2 weeks to receive the new pair. I should have just ordered from Adidas but was trying to shop a smaller store. I could have had my refund and new shoes by now if I had ordered straight from Adidas.
