Called and made an appointment and had Brian and Joe come by and take measurements of my yard. They were both on time and professional. Despite not going with them I have to give 5 stars cause I believe strongly in professionalism which they both gave. We reached to them over 2 weeks ago and never heard back from the pool designer to receive a bid. What would the service look like once they have my money... I'll pass. No return calls . His response lacks a lot of information. 1) It is new construction and I was more than willing to meet on site. I simply expressed that the lot at that time was dirt. 2) He never offered to meet nor followed up. People don't trust them. Maybe a phone call would have sufficed versus thinking months later if you responded that I would not pay attention. Just look at when my original was written and look how long it took to respond and that alone will justify my original comments.
