My super fine, very straight hair after a cut and style with Lenina!

REV is an escape that can make you feel like a celebrity! While you may see some big influencers getting their hair done there, you definitely don't have to be well known on the 'gram to get a great cut, color, and/or extensions at this chic salon! The team there is extremely talented and I love my cuts by Lenina! She can do some magic with some scissors and a curling iron. As someone with super fine, very flat and straight hair, I never thought I could achieve hair that could hold a curl or have some volume to it but Lenina is a wizard when it comes to layering. I come out feeling like a new person and have hair that I can actually style and has some life to it! PS there's free parking in the garage of the building that the salon is in (but it's not the leasing office garage though, it's the other entrance!)

I've been going to Elodie for 4 years and I cannot recommend her enough. I had virgin jet black hair and she's helped me get to a lighter brown, balayage with bronde, orange tips and even pink! She also guided me in the right direction when I wanted to get clip in extensions and blended my hair to match them seamlessly. She's the best! read more

Bailey gave me the beautiful brunette hair of my dreams! I showed her my inspiration photos and she created a beautiful blend of warm tones that I love. The entire experience was a dream. The salon itself is spotless and has a great snack and beverage station. The products are all amazing quality and the whole experience was just stellar. Stephen cut my hair and did a phenomenal job. I recently started wearing my hair a little longer and he was able to get me together and ready to be presentable at work. A week later and I'm still loving my haircut. I was shampooed by Farid who had a great touch. Definitely coming back again. Easy access with parking and salon is open with plenty of light. Price: Their prices are standard and I believe they do depend on your stylist. Ambiance: There's something cool and chill about Cutloose. There's some hustle and bustle, but I always feel comfortable and relaxed here. The staff is very friendly and you're always greeted in the entry area. I believe you're generally offered a beverage when sitting and waiting in the front as well. Other things to note: They do sell various hair styling products They have nice, clean restrooms Their front door can be a bit heavy and I believe has a step up. There is a second floor inside with a few steps up to it as well (for those with mobility issues I think it's noteworthy)

My highlights came out chunky and uneven, nothing like the soft, blended, lived-in look I asked for (in addition, the blowout I got during my first appointment was the WORST blowout I have had in my entire life). I went back twice to get it fixed, and I could tell they were genuinely trying, but it still wasn't right. The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

I've been seeing Danielle for seven months for Extentions. I'm constantly complementing her work, but if I have any questions or want anything to be different and come back for a fix, she tells me it's time to part ways. I have never experienced anything like this before. The first time I asked her not to do it but the second time which just happened I felt furious. She needs to get a little bit of backbone. Especially being in this type of business. I honestly have never come across anything like this before. It's completely bizarre and unprofessional. I would never recommend her to anyone for extensions, which can be extremely tricky to get right. It definitely takes a patient person to do hair extensions. And she's not patient. Omg lovvvvve Danielle and love Rev. I always feel amazing when I leave and while I'm there -it's so gorgeous. Danielle is so talented and has such a good eye for color and cuts - and I don't know how she does it but my regrowth always looks so natural. Worth every penny! read more
