Phenomenal The food is truly outstanding and the team in the kitchen clearly spend a lot of time and energy looking at every little detail... ingredient sourcing, subtlety of the flavours, variety of textures and colours and overall presentation The Revalee Classic was exactly that - A Classic ... every single component was terrific and given that scenario, the scrambled eggs were mind blowing - so now you can imagine just how good it was.... or stop by here on a lazy sunny weekend afternoon and find out for yourself Now what can I say about the Smoked Salmon Rösti other than that was even better than the Classic ... need I say more? Maybe not... an image is worth a thousand words I don't think I will ever again drive to the Niagara region without stopping here for lunch PS: And a huge shout out to Sophie ...she was fantastic

We had a weekday brunch and just walked in, the staff were very accommodating and found us seating. Delicious food and almost everything on the menu is available in vegan versions. Even on a weekday most seats were reserved but they do keep 4 bar seats for walk-ins.

Everyone loved their brunch. We had 7 people in our party and we sat in the back patio. I had the vegan tostadas with beans and tempeh- it was flavorful and balanced. Highly recommend. Super fresh food and the service was outstanding. Iced espresso was delicious too

This is probably an unpopular opinion but this comes from a vegetarian who is used to eating flavorful food. First of all, I want to start off by saying the service and the atmosphere was great. The waitress was very polite and entertained all my questions with a lot of patience. The reason for the rating is the taste of the food and the prices. I asked for the most flavorful veggie option on the menu and was suggested to get the tostada. I obliged but was disappointed when I took the first bite. It was very meh and did not feel like it was worth the price. My side was a bit more tasty - it is called Rösti and is essentially like a hash brown. Nothing to rave about but it was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside as it should be. My friend got the truffled potatoes as a side and honestly this was the best thing I tasted that day. The portion was also pretty big so if I ever go back, that's what I'm ordering. The place is decent but it's not something I'd want to go back to off my own accord. As a vegetarian, I feel like I have much better options elsewhere for a lot more attractive prices

Booked resos in advance for a Saturday morning at 10:45am. We came a bit earlier than our reservation but was still able to be seated within 5 mins. The place is busier than expected! There is lots of patio seating, which we found out was new because of the pandemic. They did a really good job of spacing out the tables and making it super cute. Food was on the pricier side. However food was really good and portions were big. We got the Keith's Monte turkey french toast ($18) and the lobster benedict ($28). The turkey was tasty and not dry. The loster benedict was delicious!! Highly recommend. We also got the truffled parmasean fingerlings, which was an additional $5. We didn't know it was extra and in hindsight wouldn't have gotten it since the lobster bennie comes with it and it was too much food. Service was great. Staff were friendly and checked up on us frequently. Great place to have breakfast or brunch in Vineland!

What a cute place! We were out visiting family and decided to take a trip down to Revalee, the menu was enticing with both regular & vegan options. They use a lot of local ingredients which was nice to see as we were close to many farms. It did get quite busy for Sunday brunch (we got there around 130pm) so do make sure you have a reso!

Great brunch spot, especially in the summer with their outdoor seating! I'd recommend making reservations ASAP, as it can book up quickly. You won't regret it! I ordered the Peaches & Cream French Toast and it tasted as good as it looked - the presentation was beautiful! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. So many flavours. I've noticed since I last visited they've added a strawberry version which I'll have to try (along with the mimosas)! Service was great & staff was incredibly friendly and personable. No need to worry about parking as there's tons available.

In my search for a brunch place with vegan options, I came across Rev-a-lee. In the time of coronavirus, they are offering patio seating with measures in place such as physical distancing, no physical menus, and staff wearing masks. I ordered the Revalee Classic (aged white cheddar scrambled eggs, double smoked bacon, apple sage sausage, Rosti, French toast, parfait) and upgraded to Apple Crumble French Toast (Challah french toast, stewed honeycrisp apples, vanilla cashew cream, brown sugar caramel, streusel topping). Everything tasted fantastic. The parfait was lovely, the apple crumble french toast was delicious, but the serving size was small. The spoon in the photo is a teaspoon, for scale comparison. I left still feeling hungry. Service was excellent, friendly, efficient and cheerful. Parking available on the premises. TLDR; tasty food, small serving sizes, great service

Excellent choice if you want a restaurant with healthy, nutritious, and vegan-friendly options. Quick service, lovely vibe, and reasonably priced.

OMNI (a person who eats everything?) / VEGAN sides of the menu.

Great option for an upgraded, above average brunch experience...especially if you're vegan &/or open to vegan dishes! Their menu featured 2 sides - one for meat/dairy eaters and the other was vegan. Some on the OMNI side had a similar VEGAN version. Staff was friendly and helpful, although not super suggestive. Yam fries were nice 'n crispy even though I normally don't like them. Prices match the quality, so it's not a cheap diner type place. Place seems to get busy!

Wow I am so happy to have finally tried this place!!! So lucky to have such a local gem!!! Not even ashamed that I ate here twice in one day... Very cute building with quaint patio and nice decor and vibe located in the heart of Vineland (conveniently located a couple miles from my work too). Fast and friendly service, seated immediately and served refreshing water. We ordered a carafe of pour over coffee off an amazing coffee and tea menu! Really nice flavour and made the real way! Food came quick with excellent prices and side options... try either sweet potato fries or the rosti! I ordered the vegan peach Melba French toast (actually made with peaches from the farm I work on!) and it was fantastic! Crispy outside and classic inside, topped with granola, raspberries, coconut whipped cream and delicious poached peaches! Later the same day (yes twice) I ordered the toad in the hole breakfast sandwich which was just as incredible!!! The bagel it came on was locally made and arguably one of the best bagels I've had! Amazing flavours and fresh greens and tomato right in the sand which with a perfectly fried egg! Overall Revalee gets a bravo from me and is an excellent choice for breakfast and lunch with incredible coffee and local healthy and delicious eats! Excellent service and amazing food! Will be returning!!

This cute brunch place has a great vibe, with delicious food and great service. I had the Lebanese plate and it was just what I was craving. We also had the coffee carafe and dessert. I would definitely come back again.

excellent food and wait staff. It was a little bit of a tight space in the summer with the outdoor seating should be no problem.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Ontario in Vineland, this storied establishment, housed in a structure dating to 1867, has become one of those places that quietly lodges itself in the memory and refuses to leave. We made the drive -- well over an hour -- for a Sunday brunch, and not for the first time. It is the kind of restaurant one finds oneself recommending without hesitation, not as a curiosity or a seasonal indulgence, but as a benchmark. The setting alone would justify the journey: a sweeping, unobstructed view of the lake from the sunroom and patio that shifts in character with the light, the season, and the mood of the sky above. On a clear day, the Toronto skyline is visible on the horizon -- an almost implausible grace note. But Lake House does not rest on its scenery. The kitchen demonstrates genuine culinary ambition with a menu that draws from Mediterranean traditions while remaining grounded in local and seasonal sensibility. The salmon crab cakes -- a pairing that sounds indulgent and delivers accordingly -- arrive with a pineapple and mango chutney and sriracha aioli that balance richness with levity. The Great Canadian Burger is a study in considered indulgence: brioche, peameal bacon, sweet bacon jam, and spiced maple aioli achieving a harmony of sweetness, heat, and savoriness that lingers well past the last bite. The service matched the occasion throughout. From the welcome at the door to our server Rhonda -- attentive, warm, and precisely calibrated in her pacing -- to the supervisor who moved quietly through the room ensuring that every table was well attended, the floor operates with the kind of seamless, unhurried care that is too often mistaken for effortlessness. It is not effortless. It is practiced and deliberate, and all the more impressive for it. Lake House Restaurant is a destination that justifies the drive, rewards the return, and -- in a dining landscape where so few establishments manage all three -- that is no small thing.

If you enjoy condiments the semolina crusted calamari ($26) comes with four dipping sauces:…read moresweet-curried aioli, sweet chili, basil pesto aioli, and sriracha aioli. It would've been nice if at least one packed a bit of heat, but they're all tame, adding flavour without overpowering the squid. Thankfully, the semolina crust was excellent - crunchy, light, and not oily at all. The portion is generous and easily shareable between two or three people. A newer addition to the menu is the short rib sandwich ($34), and it's a good one. Large chunks of tender, flavourful beef are topped with sautéed mushrooms, crispy onions, arugula, and brie. The cheese adds a creamy richness that makes the sandwich stand out. The menu notes a horseradish aioli, but any zing from it gets buried under the slightly sweet braising sauce, which was too sugary for my taste. I would've preferred it kept more savoury. The sandwich is already quite saucy, and yet more sauce arrives on the side. Good for fries if you choose to switch the salad to spuds. After hearing plenty about the Great Canadian Burger ($29), I couldn't resist splitting one, though I ultimately wish I hadn't. The short rib sandwich is better. The burger is hefty, with a thick beef patty that's overly dense and heavily mixed, giving it more of a frozen-patty texture than the crumbly tenderness of a good homemade one. The potato bun also struggled to hold up against the avalanche of toppings: grilled peameal bacon, cheddar, onion, tomato, arugula, pickle, and two sauces. I'm not sure why the kitchen insists on sweetening everything - the burger comes with caramelized onion bacon jam and a maple chipotle aioli, both quite sugary. If you enjoy sweeter savoury dishes, you'll probably like it. Otherwise, I'd skip the handhelds. On our weekday lunch visit, the restaurant was well staffed and attentive. Even though we never felt rushed, we were in and out within about an hour. If anything, the service bordered on overly attentive... during that hour we were interrupted six times by four different people checking if everything was okay. My suggestion: let the primary server handle most of the check-ins, and only have others step in if things get busy.

I can't put my finger on it but it's just weird and very out of place. The wait staff was lovely, although when a friend asked for honey for her tea she wasn't given any alternatives for sweeteners, even though they had sugar. And the restaurant is very large so lots of seating and not super packed together either. We went in winter so not surprised at the temperature but it was very cold inside. All in all I'd only go again if there were no other options and I'd be satisfied but not blown away by any means.

The food was commendable, although if I were at the grill, I would keep things on long enough to crisp up, namely the pita bread and the Greek potatoes. Not sure why -- easy enough to do. That may come down to taste. Bruschetta topping was very good, but the underlying pita absorbed moisture instead of having any crunch. The house made feta was impressive. I enjoyed the Greek platter which featured some very tasty skewers. We also had a falafel plate skipping the rice. Greek potatoes were tasty, but had no browning which goes back to my initial comment. Seasoning on everything was great. Falafels were not bad; well seasoned and flavourful- - I wondered if maybe there was black bean in them. Worth checking out. Not over priced
