They told me what the cause was and what it would take to repair it over the phone along with a price and turn around time. When I stopped by to drop off the console, Shawn was super helpful and friendly. I couldn't help but stick around for awhile just reminiscing of all the classic video games they had all over the store. From floor to ceiling stacked with so many cool and vintage games, consoles and collectibles. Turn around to fix the console was quick and its been working perfectly.
