He also gave me piece of mind when handing over the reins of two buildings that they would be run as close to how my dad had run them for years. The lobby of this building has a welcoming vibe and airy. They even have conference rooms and different elevators to go to the car park and to go to the units. The employees are courteous, very accommodating and friendly as well. Receptionist welcomes you with a smile. They don't discriminate against people who work in that building. (I have been treated not nicely in one of those buildings). When you arrive, you leave your car out front then the valet will park for you and gives you a card to claim your car later. To save time, they have a phone number to shoot them a message when you are ready to leave so by the time you are downstairs, your car is waiting for you.
