Working with Travis was a great experience overall. When I first reached out to Travis, he was very responsive and transparent with all the details of the property and the current situation. We were able to get a formal offer written and accepted within one week. Speed, efficiency, and clear communication were qualities immediately displayed once working with Travis. Once in escrow, we needed to extend some key dates and also request a credit. Travis was able to smoothly negotiate on our behalf and ensure that a win-win situation was the outcome. Travis is a great example of how real estate professionals should operate. We are more than happy with our buying experience with Travis and would work with him in a heartbeat on future deals.

It was listed on August 4th and escrow closed on Sept 7th. I made one visit to the property - purely for my own curiosity. Travis made the process practically effortless and definitely stress free!

After working with her a few times, I found myself completely trusting her judgement. She would come grab me every weekend and we would search for homes. She would point out things like traffic issues, noise levels and privacy concerns. She worked with me. I bought a house during the time when there was nothing "good" on the market in my budget. She worked with me to look at all my wishes and prioritize things in a way that made sense to me. She made thoughtful comments about properties, neighborhood and the process. As a buyer or seller, tensions always seem to flare up. This is quickly addressed and settled by Fariba. She calmly explains the necessary details and answers all questions. The unique thing about her is that she updates you all the time. Being a top-notch realtor is not just who Fariba is, it is her essense and passion, and it really shows. I recommended her to some friends and everyone received the same 5 star treatment. They couldn't be happier with the recommendation and I couldn't be happier that they were in good hands. The other thing is that Fariba can connect you with anyone under the sun for your needs. From someone who can do a full blown remodel to someone who can trim your plants, Fariba has them all. Not only that, but she seems to carefully screen her list of recommendations, so you will not over pay or get shoddy work. Trust me on this, there are so many realtors out there, but if you're looking for someone that goes above and beyond and gets the job done right the first time, that's Fariba.

Hands down he was easy going, professional, and up front in our dealings. However what intrigued me the most was the satisfaction I felt having him represent me for my home purchase. We had many curve balls thrown at us from difficult sellers. The sellers were a corporation flipping homes like many are in the market we are in today. Every turn, Dondino made sure I knew what I was signing and the box I was checking. He wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing every step of the way, even ensuring we had contingencies placed to ensure the level of work completed didn't result in problems deeper then the pockets I had to pay them. Lastly, he has demonstrated multiple times that my sale was more important to him then just making a sale. That is how I now know how to differentiate between a good realtor and a GREAT realtor. Dondino is a GREAT realtor. Selfless, professional, and has his clients best interest every step of the way. Thanks for helping me with my home purchase Dondino. If you are looking for a trusted professional realtor in Southern California ~ Sean is honest,…read moreprofessional, experienced, attentive and has a ton of patience to help you buy or sell your new place. He did an awesome job in helping me recently purchase my new place in Pasadena while knocking it out of the park representing the property that I had sold in Monrovia. I had met Sean (and Shima) at an open house in Pasadena that i just happened to pop into. I was impressed of their knowledge of the property that they were representing and I chose them to help me with my search for a new place in the Pasadena/Alhambra/san Gabriel valley area. It was a great decision as I wasn't that impressed with my past real estate agent (who seemed more about getting their commission and concentrating only on the multi million dollar properties). Sean really raised the bar for realtors here in SoCal for any range of home purchases. Two months later I am happy with my new home purchase as well as very happy with the sale of my other property. On the purchasing side, Sean was very attentive, detailed and of everything the most patient realtor I have ever dealt with (which is really really important ). He listens and is able to quickly react to find properties that fit your needs. He is a great knowledgeable advisor and is very professional (positive and friendly as well) about it which helps reduce the stress of purchasing a new place and helps make you confident in your decision making. Some realtors are very sales/commission orientated - Sean is the opposite and takes his time to make sure that your needs are met and all the t' & i's are crossed and dotted. In the end he is there to make sure that you are comfortable and happy with your purchase. He stays on top of everything! I didn't have to worry at all with Sean being two steps ahead and constantly making sure everything in escrow went smoothly. On the sales side, both him and Shima his business partner, were incredible in creating the marketing collateral (photos, web presence, brochures, fliers, etc.) and then marketing my place while also advising on price positioning, etc. I had over 200 people show up on the first day of open house and 150 the second day. They did a great job in showing the place and i didn't even need to worry a bit as they kept good eyes on my stuff inside my home while showing it. I was able to get multiple cash offers above asking price and have a very quick and clean escrow with them. I'd definitely recommend Sean (and Shima) for any real estate needs. If I sell or buy again - I would go back straight to them. It's difficult to find a good trusted realtor and now even a new friend (good people)! Sean is a honest great go to professional for any size real estate need.
