At the time I was getting ready to sell my house close by, so I wanted to see how the market was. The Open House experience was superb. I followed the house on Redfin and just a few days later the house became Under Contract, and then it was sold at a very good price. When it came to my time, I called Jerry up. He came fully prepared with everything. He provided me full market research, analysis, selling strategy, listing preparations, city compliance/clearance, and a full marketing plan. Everything was well-thought out. Right after the listing, Jerry hosted an Open House event. We received a number of very good offers. Jerry was excellent in the offer selection and the negotiation with buyers. Within just a month, the sale was successfully closed with a very good price. Jerry is sharp, driven, knowledgeable, and transparent. I'd highly recommend Jerry to anyone who needs expert help in Real Estate. He has everything that you need.

He was also generous in connecting us with trusted vendors before we even signed a listing agreement, which gave us the flexibility to decide whether to sell or rent during a slower market. His marketing package was comprehensive, including a professional website, aerials, videos, 2D and 3D floor plans, bilingual marketing materials, and even included professional cleaning. Everything was coordinated in a timely manner to prepare for Coming Soon, Listing, and Open House weekend. Jerry also hired wonderful people. Mandy, his marketing assistant, was friendly and incredibly easy to work with. She had a great eye for showcasing our home and was speedy and attentive with all the detailed edits on the website, descriptions, photos, and flyers. Photographer Michael captured the house beautifully with a variety of angles and brilliant lighting, and Justina went above and beyond in cleaning the house, windows, and garage. In addition to his team, it's obvious that Jerry has solid working relationships with his recommended vendors. Everyone gave the impression that they would treat Jerry's clients well with proper attention, fair pricing, and diligent work to present our home well. Yumi created a thoughtful mood board that helped us visualize how the staging would look. She was generous in sharing design advice and honest about what would and wouldn't work, even for areas we planned to decorate ourselves. Mr. Zhuo rearranged his schedule to make sure everything was finished in time and done in a quality manner knowing Jerry's professional standards. He was very responsive, humble, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. All the preparations paid off when multiple offers came in. Jerry walked us through multiple strategies, shared his recommendations, and was flexible in going with what we were most comfortable with. Near the finish line, Jerry took the initiative to come up with a solution that got buy-in from all parties and sealed the deal before the weekend. We greatly appreciate him for that! Jerry's support went beyond what's expected of a real estate agent. Throughout the process, he helped check on our house and even brought quality food to feed our neighborhood cat. We are truly grateful for that, especially knowing how busy he was. It speaks to Jerry's kind character, which makes him even more nice to work with.

My partner is a first time home buyer so I wanted to find him someone that he felt comfortable with, especially since it's such a major purchase and life adjustment. Elizabeth was never pushy and even let us know when she felt a home wasn't a good fit, rather than rushing us into just anything. She kept in mind both my partner and I's, needs and wants, to get us our dream home. Additionally, she was always responsive when it came to all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the whole process, and was always on top of scheduling our showings. I am very happy with the end result! We were able to find exactly what we wanted in the LA area, in a short time frame, which is no easy task.

I had made up my mind that it was time to get started on locking in a multi-unit property investment. And to my surprise, I heard back from only one real estate agent right away, Elizabeth Sanchez. Elizabeth turned out to have many strengths on top of responding quickly to questions. She is very knowledgeable, a strong communicator and negotiator, and has high integrity, putting the client's needs first in this crazy world of real estate. As a non-citizen, I cannot give my trust away so easily. But Elizabeth earned it. She held my hand looking through properties then selecting the best one then putting in an offer then getting an inspection on the building then getting all the proper paperwork to sign and make it mine, helping me weigh all the pros and cons along the way. I am now the proud owner of a multi-family home in Los Angeles. The whole process took two months - si se pudo! And Elizabeth is still available to answer any questions even after closing. In two years, I will be circling back for more property once I can make another downpayment. But I am recommending everyone I know to her today. Thank you, Elizabeth. :)

I initially contacted her because I wanted a second opinion about my home's value and what improvements she recommended. Honestly, we already planned to work with another agent who sold our Whittier house three years earlier and who was very good. However, we were so impressed with Anabella (who was very prepared) that we decided to hire her instead. I was leery of real estate agents who promise the moon and overvalue your house as I had had a bad experience with that elsewhere. Anabella was spot on with every prediction and valuation. She also went the extra mile in -- well, everything. I no longer live in the area, so Anabella and her team found local workers, brought us some furniture to use while we worked on the house, brought us a meal one night when an unexpected problem kept us at the house late one night. Her contacts for escrow were also helpful. I have been involved in 5 real estate transactions in the past four years, and Anabella stands out as an amazing agent in every respect!
