Aptly named, this is in the back, with entry from Main Street Mercantile and the street, Back Porch…read moreBintage has curated a lovely collection. Lots and lots of dishes, serving pieces, glassware and utensils. They have some complete utensil sets and some where they are still collecting all of the pieces. Obviously they love a good hunt! They also had individual knives, spooNw and forks you can buy if you need replacements, which I do. Fell in love with the vintage blue onion Danube China displayed in mass on a China cabinet. My mother had the same China; she ate her soft boiled egg every morning from an egg holder just like the one they had displayed. Memories came flooding back! I had to snap pics to send to my brother, who remembered the dishes but had no idea it was china! For me, that's why I love going to antique stores. It's not only about finding a treasure to purchase, but the memories that are awakened when you happen upon an item you didn't even think about for decades until you see it on a shelf, somehow standing out amongst the hundreds of items surrounding it. - The ornate crystal decanters with silver caps and handles? Yep, my Nana had three of them. - The coffee table where you could display needlework under the glass? My grandmother proudly displayed her talents there. - The champagne fur jacket? My mom had one just like it! - The light blue princess telephone? My first phone with a "teenage" line I shared with my brother. Yes, there was such a thing back in the day. Wish I had kept it! That shade of blue is still my favorite color. Antique stores are as much about these moments of remberence that ignite smiles as they are about purchasing something. I left without buying anything but was warmed by the memories my visit ignited.

They have a variety of antique home ware items. I really love the China in my parents and grandparents homes and this store had many of their patterns, plus Wedgewood, vintage Ball jars in different colors and silver pieces which looked to be in beautiful condition. They also had some beautiful jewelry made out of old silverware, including a necklace that I bought. The sales woman I talked to was super friendly. This store was a nice surprise finding stood out to me amongst the other antique stores we visited in the area.

Everything thoughtfully curated and styled. Vintage couches, tables and chairs. Pendleton pillows - gorgeous muted shades at great prices - on shelves as you enter the second floor and on some of the couches. In the far back is the plant room. So much fun! Succulents in little pots, ferns and other foliage plus planters and vessels, some traditional, some very current and quirky. On the back wall colorful scarves hang next to a wicker shelve unit containing botanical prints and frames. The first floor was filled with lots of vintage finds. For a collector, this would be your happy place! Old metal doll houses, baby's clothing, potato chip tins, milk cartons, dolls, signs, dial phones, vintage hats, and so much more! While the store has a myriad of items, everything is in good condo and displayed beautifully. This is. It one of those antique stores where it looks like a garage sale. Care and thought has been put into everything from how they isource and secure items, to how they group them creating collections for visual interest and ease of finding like things. Loved everything about this shop! Including the signature daisies in the flower boxes out front!

Amy and her family team at Hidden Treasures recently managed an estate liquidation for my family,…read moreand throughout the entire process they were kind, compassionate, and business savvy, far above and beyond their Portland-based competition. I can't say enough good about how cooperative and helpful they were. According to my friends who bounced by the sale to check up on things, they were every bit as professional and dialed in for sale attendees as they were for us. Estate liquidations usually have bittersweet causes, and our situation was no exception: it really makes a huge difference when the resolution is handled so well. I hope that when my time comes Hidden Treasures is available to deal with my stuff as well, because I have every confidence they will do a great job!
