Friendly staff who are helpful and always willing to help you get stuff down on higher shelves make this a pleasant shopping experience. Once I received tracking from FedEx it states that my package is expected to be delivered on Thursday July 16th, a whole 8 days later after purchasing the 3 day shipping option. Along with this I had also made a similar item purchase from a boutique in Maui Hawai'i on the same day. I have already received my item from Maui through usps on July 13th. I did see that there is a bungalow store location on Maui but thought I would purchase from the California location thinking I would receive my purchased item sooner as they had other shipping options. Sharon, the owner, is originally from England and she is the sweetest person. It was our first time really exploring the area but we didn't do much research so she even gave us a map and highlighted the areas where we might see whales and another area where there are sea lions. Her store is definite stop if you are looking for souvenirs or to buy a special gift for someone who loves the beach. Sharon even wraps it up in a cute little cloth bag!
