First and foremost is their management team. They have been outstanding in addressing maintenance and take the time to listen to concerns. The only reason my wife and I are leaving is because we are going to be full time care takers for my parents. At this facility the pool, jacuzzi, and grounds are clean. The units are user friendly, and again; my wife and I have always been with respect and our concerns have never been neglected. Sky At Brio is clean, friendly, and the staff has been amazing. I wish I was retired so we could continue our stay here. When we first moved in the manager spent 45 minutes with us explaining the facility and how to navigate out unit. Normally, I don't give 5 stars, but the accommodations here have been amazing, the club house is always open and clean, the internet is downloading over 120 mpg. Everything is beyond 4k. Also I was very concerned about having pet odor, for over 365 days I have not experienced odor or seeing fecal matter on the grounds. I work in this community as a Physician assistant and my wife works with the county. Thank you to the staff for making our stay here comfortable and pleasant.

The move in was smooth and welcoming. Any maintenance issues have been fixed promptly. And The office staff, Candace, Ryan and the property Manager have all been so helpful and patient and communicative. I Highly recommend this community.

On the exact same day I put the tickets in Kimmy escalated the ticket for my fridge and Adian came in like an hour afterwards. I had the fridge repaired in 3 hours. Later on I received a call from Carlee explaining that the internet connection was due to something from the provider and they were working with them to hopefully have a fix for tomorrow. In all my years of renting I've never had such quick and professional treatment for my problems as I have here. I highly recommend them :)

The owners of the building could definitely stand to lower rent a bit and ease up on the building fees. There was also 5 managers in the 2.5 years that I lived there which made things a bit chaotic at times. All in all it's a clean and safe building and the current management team is great.

They kept a motorcycle in the condo, leading to disgusting black grease on the carpet throughout. Every single window covering, screen, the microwave and the stairway bannister were BROKEN. There was water damage under a bathroom floor that R2K said was "ok"...but it was disgusting and anything but ok. They did NOT conduct inspections and lied to us about their actions. They even told us we had no right to see copies of inspection paperwork!! Of course because there were none conducted. They kept the rent ridiculously below market. We requested an increase; they ignored us. When we persisted, R2K renegotiated a lease ...without inspection! Of our own accord we discovered the ghetto condition of our condo and took our own action. Spent upwards of $20K to put it back together. This business is conducted without integrity. If they would do it to us, they would do it to you.
