Custom Finish Cabinets has built serval cabinets and shelves for me and many family members. They recently built some new drawer boxes for me. The cabinet shop that originally installed my cabinets did a terrible job with my drawer boxes. The fronts keep breaking and falling off. Pat Stone and his son, Jaden Stone, build new drawer boxes for me when mine break. They do an excellent job and in a timely manner! They always have the highest quality cabinets and are very great to work with. I will definitely be using them again when I build my next home or next time I need drawer boxes and shelves. read more

Custom Home Prices for Tract Home Service & Mentality We didn't choose Custom Finish Cabinets, our custom home builder, J2, did. J2's choice of Custom Finish Cabinets as our cabinet subcontractor was the biggest disappointment in our entire home building project. In essence, what Pat Stone and Custom Finish Cabinets delivered to us was tract home mentality for custom home prices. As example, drawer sliders routinely come apart. The infrastructure for the dishwasher didn't even last two years. Another craftsman who has viewed the failure attributed it to 'bad design'. We thought it only fair to give Pat Stone a chance to review and rebut/correct but apparently he wasn't interested. We've tried for six months to get a meaningful response but to no avail. Our contractor tells us even he can't get a return call. Instead we get myriad texts with "I'm so busy" excuses, duplicate requests for photos that have already been sent, or no response at all. Custom Finish Cabinets has never shown any interest in a client:craftsman relationship in spite of the substantial charge for what they left here. We don't know if this is Custom Finish Cabinets' standard operating procedure or not. Hopefully we were just the exception. In any event, be careful out there. We wouldn't want anyone else ending up with what we got from Pat Stone's Custom Finish Cabinets operation. read more
