After doing a lot of online research, I reached out to several vendors. Doug and Maria got back to us right away. They provided us with clear, concise information and options with realistic prices. They even traveled to the model home that we selected to give us more true estimates and advice based on a home similar to ours that was already built. It was really reassuring to work with them from so far away and to know that we were being taken care of by perfectionists and professionals. Hurricane screens repair and replacement…read more Gary and his team members are pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, detailed, and efficient. They worked hard every time they came out to the house. Gary has a great deal of patience and cares about his work. I was a very unhappy and frustrated person and I appreciate his dedication and perfection. In summary I had purchased storm screens for my patio and my original experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I was provide with poor reckless work from the crew of previously know stormfitters and Westshore homes. There were many issues including significant damage, broken parts, dented covers, and missing parts from the poor installation. One of my storm screens damaged during install requiring replacement of multiple parts for proper function. Considering all the time he was here fixing all the problems the cost was very reasonable as well. Fortunately, Gary is very persistent and all is well now. If Gary and his team did not fix the damage there may have been a safety issue for myself, family, and friends. The screens are functioning well now and I am now a very happy person. I now feel comfortable going out on my patio and using the screens. Thank you again Gary. Highly recommend his business. You will not be disappointed.

Tenesia was nice and helped us with color selection and product knowledge. They even fixed some blinds we received from their competitor, which they no longer supported or would have or a warranty. The shades from Gotcha Covered have a huge warranty. The shades from others were only supported for 3 months. I read these other reviews and want to let people know they aren't the same for us. They came one day, took measurements, and Jose told me he'd send me the estimate in three or four days. Almost a month later, I'm still waiting. I've checked my spam folder in case my quote was there, but it wasn't there either. It's something you shouldn't do. It would have been so easy for them to tell me they couldn't do it or that they weren't interested in the job, and not look like an irresponsible person.
