I've had two other roofers look at the work and they both agree that the shingles were not installed properly and that shingles should never have been installed on a flat roof. I wanted a metal roof but their salesman said it would be very expensive and that his contact wasn't getting back to him for prices, etc. I needed the work to be done before I left to help my elderly father for a couple of months. When I returned, the rain leaked through my roof and damaged the ceiling plus all my bedding down to my brand new mattress. He takes zero responsibility and is asking that I pay him when we haven't come to any agreement on the issue! I feel like he's trying to intimidate me since I'm a single older woman. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. But his business ethics are totally sketchy. Do not use this company for anything!

The other companies I contacted left me in the dark on a lot of things, if they even responded at all, but not Emmanuel. He advised me every step of the way for getting our roof repaired after Hurricane Ian, along with other existing damage that needed repair. On top of all that, they replaced my entire roof, soffit, and fascia in just one day! The seamless gutters came the next day, now my house (at least from above) looks brand new! Excellent work, great craftsmanship, and you can TELL he takes pride in every project. There was a rafter repair that he didn't like how it was done, so instead of just leaving it like a LOT of contractors would, he came back and made SURE it was done right at no additional cost to me.
