Premium Painters walked so Liberty could RUN…read more After Premium Painters Flagler charged us a small fortune to basically finger-paint our walls and vanish, Liberty Painting and Pressure Washing swooped in like the hero this house didn't know it needed. Crooked lines? Fixed. Blotchy patches? Gone. Drips down the trim? What drips? Liberty actually knows how to paint, wild concept, I know. They didn't just repaint, they restored my faith in contractors. Should they have to undo someone else's mess? No. Did they do it anyway, without attitude, and make it look flawless? Yes. Absolutely yes. Save yourself the rage stroke. Skip the "Premium" mistake and call Liberty first.

I prefer to lean to the positive in life, avoid the negative ... BUT my experience with Burns and…read moreSons needs to be shared. and this is BUYER BEWARE!!!! I met/hired this team (Father and Son James) at the Home Show. They seemed like good, honest, had working people that wanted to do a good job ... BUT that was not my experience at all. The work speaks for itself... if anyone wants to see the horrible, sloppy job, messy they did I am happy to show you! I have pictures from throughout the process and I am happy show you the work in person! Its shockingly bad! I hired this family owned business to remove chattahoochee, do concrete work and then top with "cool decking" - pool deck area, porch and front step ... something I have been wanting and waiting to do for over 12 year .... I was so excited to finally get this done! During the process, I was unfortunately met with sloppy work, teams who worked part days - so process took a long time, drinking (yes - alcohol while working - on my property!), shoddy workmanship, messy, left my property a mess ... i could go on and on! I addressed this throughout the process ... the second son actually put the debris on my grass - THUS KILLING THAT AREA OF GRASS - I mentioned it over and over that it was killing my grass and yet they did not move it until the end ... his response was ... "your yard isn't in that great of shape anyway" ... are you kidding me ... so you think it is OK to make it worse??!! I didn't hire them to add to my problems ... The second son, very pompous and arrogant, who I DID NOT sign the contract with ... was the one I had to deal with on site. When I told him I would deal with his Father and Brother ... he coped his same pompous attitude and told me "you will deal with ME ... my brother works for ME!" In the meantime, I have sent a "checklist/punch list" of items that still need addressed (emailed and texted) ... and unfortunately I have been met with "silence!" TOTALLY GHOSTED by this Company! How incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL! I have given them 2 weeks to respond ... and yet nothing! So now, I feel I must warn others ... thus this review ... Before they left ... the pompous son even said "i'm not happy with how it turned out!" ... Hmmmmmmmmmm and yet he won't ty and make it nice/right??? THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES!!! There is sooooo much more to say, but pictures are worth a thousand words, so I will let the pictures and work they did speak for itself. If you are considering this company ... my advice is think again and run, don't walk, as far away as you can! BUYER BEWARE!!! If you read this far ... thank you! I am sad, frustrated and disappointed! I am sorry I ever met and trusted this family run business!

After doing a lot of online research, I reached out to several vendors. Doug and Maria got back to us right away. They provided us with clear, concise information and options with realistic prices. They even traveled to the model home that we selected to give us more true estimates and advice based on a home similar to ours that was already built.
