The type of care I have CONSISTANTLY received from N.P. Jeter has been available at hours where NO metal health facility, I've attended prior has been available to this degree. For myself, both being diagnosed & battling for 20+ years with ADHD with OCD components, severe trauma/grief, & depression formed from separate forms of abuse. To my diagnosis of PTSD, which I find to be the most prevalent of my mental health cond. to current date. Carrying symptoms of severe anxiety, distorted images of self-worth, negative self-talk, all the way down to sleep conditions/ nightmares, etc. N.P. Jeter has given me the validation at times needed, as well as tools most beneficial to my stability and lifelong healing journey. I'd been seeing Larisha Jeter APRN since around August of 2025. Since that time, I had received not…read moreone bill. Instead, I get an angry telephone call in which the provider stated, "WHERE IS MY MONEY"??. I asked if she had billed my insurance and after calling my insurance company, I then verified that she hadn't even billed my insurance. Then, I had an appointment, and she cancelled it without my knowledge or of informing me that she was cancelling it. I sent her a message to ask about the appointment and she stated, "I cancelled your appointment because you have an unpaid balance of $xxx.xx." This message was sent on August 10th of this year. On August 14th of this year, I was sent a letter in the mail letting me know she was dropping me from the practice for not keeping appointments (that she cancelled....) and an unpaid balance. She gave me four days to pay her in full and cancelled my appointment. She stated she sent prescriptions to the pharmacy so I wouldn't go without until I found a new provider but she left out certain medications. She seems great at first until you realize she's only in it for money. I recommend staying away from Asaya Healthcare entirely.

The service was quick and efficient. The doctors were very attentive. I had to get X-Rays and their team was able to get it done quickly and effectively so I could get back to the rest of my day. I had a sinus infection, was about to go on a trip, and I needed to get antibiotics to clear it up…read more I went to Ross urgent care, went through the registration process pretty quickly, and I asked specifically if they took my insurance, and they assured me they were in network. It wasn't too long of a wait, and a physicians assistant came in, looked at me quickly, listened to what I said, and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. I had paid a $90 co-pay. Not long after, I started getting bills for $165.85 for the office visit, and $93 for the physician assistant's 10 minutes of time, and the prescription he wrote. I called Tri Health, explained the situation, and told them it seemed to me that there must have been a mistake in the billing. The lady told me I might be right, and that I should call the physicians assistant and ask them if they made a mistake. I assured them that I would not do that, because I came to their facility, and they should be able to bill me correctly. She said she would check with her manager, and see if there was anything they could do. The next month, the exact same bill showed up again. I called today, and a tri-health employee told me that though it doesn't sound fair, that's the way they do their billing at urgent care, and that is indeed what I owe. I have not visited many urgent care facilities, but it seems to me that there should be one bill for the visit, and these really do seem like exorbitant prices for a quick visit like that. The location is very handy, the place is nice, but I believe this billing system is a rip off.I did not even see an MD.

Our provider was a now show, and, after 30 minutes, we called, only to get an answering machine. They returned that call more than 3 hours later. Luckily, we were able to find an alternate caregiver, a family friend, to come help. My mother, 91 years old with dementia, was in bed almost 2 hours later than normal, soaking wet. My wife kept trying to call, and, finally talked to the owner. His solution, especially after already having someone on the way, was unacceptable. There is no excuse for not following your own call in procedure that you sell yourself on. This company cannot be trusted to care for the elderly.
