Uber comfy chairs in spacious meeting rooms, some with walls covered in dry erase board. An expansive lobby, complete with modern, plush furniture that looked more comfortable than my bed at home. And word on the street (er, from one of my colleagues) is that Humana has a pretty sweet cafe, complete with delicious coffee and other caffeinated offerings. Though, don't try to go unless you're escorted by a security guard or someone with the company. Just, don't.

Aside from the lunch the staff on hand doing the presentation and fielding questions/completing demos were all knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about this building was cool, from the open spaces to the windows with lots of light and the single axis doors that just spin open like some Japanese inspired entryways I've seen. There were LOTS of cubicle but the place was big enough to get your 10,000 steps a day in if you needed to. All in all, I wrote a review because I enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service. My coverage costs were better than I expected and the service is spectacular. I have recommended Andy to several people, and at least one switched to him.

Wow...just Wow…read more Eleven years with this insurance agent and I never filed a claim for the house or car. Paid all of my bills on time. I took a job in another state while my Husband has stayed at the house in Ohio. I changed my car policy to the new state, but kept the house insurance. Then the harassing phone calls and emails started - Is the house on the market, is it empty, how can it not be empty if you moved? Somehow they believed I needed to confirm every 3-6 months that my house was not for sale. I explained the situation a couple of time (was actually asked if I was getting a divorce - Yeah, they are that awesome at customer service). When I called and asked for the emails and phone calls to stop since I would notify them if I put the house up for sale as my policy required - THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY MID-TERM. Wow... Please save yourself the hassle and find an insurance agent that actually cares about you and does not harass you. Henry's Insurance Agency will probably cancel your policy for no reason too.
