They took to much money and without permission, said they would reverse charges and return. Called me today to tell they are not returning it. They have lied for a solid week and a half about this. Plus I'm hearing horror stories regarding claims for the tornado victims. You've been warned. Do not trust them. Not only this office. Their horrible rep procedes them. Wish I knew before. The nastiest, rudest woman I have ever dealt with. Apparently, from what I was told, the agent has no voicemail, and is never there. So have never spoken to him directly, have tried with no success. The last thing the "office manager" said to me was, "Here is some food for thought, why don't I cancel your policies and you can go to a different company because I'm tired of talking to you." Allstate can have good prices, but choose a different agency!!! They will not help you when you have questions!!!
