It's wonderful when a medical professional like Dr. Sarkisian and his team are both skilled and compassionate with their patients. I can't express how highly qualified this man is, He really knows how to talk to his patients and his bed side manor are exceptional! He is an Angel that came into my elderly mother's life and will be forever be Grateful for his expertise and his team! He is the Best of the best! Glad we have him in our area!

Dr. Dunn is a great surgeon, period, Dr. Solak is pretty good too for hands and stuff; I just wish…read morethey'd find a better place to work, so I could actually get hold of them once in a while. My wife and I have used Precision over a dozen times. Regardless of when I've called, I've yet to wait on hold for lass than a half hour. I suspect they route their calls through the New York BMV. Seriously, I live fifteen miles from the Chardon office, and could easily drive there (picking up a coffee on the way) walk up to the desk, make an appointment or get a question answered in less time in less time that using the phone. The recording sez "You're number one in the que," (yeah right) then why do I get to listen to their broken MOH for a half hour. If I were "number two," I'd prolly get faster service by writing a letter. All they say when I ask, is we're very busy." I guess the idea of actually hiring some phone people is totally foreign to them. Again, great doctors, but everything else there sucks sox. I just made my LAST appointment them, but while I'm waiting for my appointment, I'm shopping. I won't be using them again.

The office staff here is rude. Had no issues with the surgeon, but really find it hard to deal with…read morestaff that are this unpleasant. The front window staff and the individuals who answer the phone act like you are bothering them, treat you like a child and talk over you. Since my appointments lasted all of three to five minutes with the doctor each time and the time I spent having to communicate with the office staff was quadruple that, I will take my healthcare business to another orthopaedic office for surgical procedures. NO NEED to put up being treated like a child. I would be horrified if my staff treated my patients this way.

So 3 months I went to urgent care since my right knee was really hurting me. They took an xrsy and…read morestronger aspirin. They gave me a paper with knee specialists. Thr next day I went to work, and my knee started popping out of place. I ended up leaving work. When I came home I called and made an appointment for the next morning. We get there I checked in, and 20 minutes later I get called back. I go back, and wait for doctor frames. He comes in, and asks me what's going on, and I tell him. He touches my right knee, and tells me it's a weak muscle, and I need therapy. He wasn't in the room for even 2 minutes. The physical therapist who he sent me to even said there was something Wong. Well I ended up going through university hospital. My knee specialist told me she wanted me to get an mri. The day we found the results of my mri. I found out that my meniscus, and acl were torn, and I needed surgery. Personally dr frames needs to lose his license, and get his tittle ripped away. He still charged us, but since we went someone else we didn't need to pay that bill.

I felt the need to post a review after yesterday's experience with Crystal Clinic Physical Therapy…read morein their Kent office. This was my second time to use their PT services at the Kent location. First time was pretty good , however the staff taking information was semi-rude. Yesterdays experience was terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment signed into the kiosk to check in. It said I needed paper work filled out even though I had had given them all this information before I guess routine paperwork every time. I walked to the window and the two ladies standing their sharply said, "did you sign in?" I replied I did but it says I need to complete paperwork. The two ladies replied, "We are working on something sit down and we will call you when we are done." I sat down waited 15 minutes and then they called me to the window it took another 15 minutes to complete and sign all paperwork. They said sit down and I will let the PT know you are here. By the time the PT was ready for me Chelsi she had spoke to the office lady and the office lady came out to inform me I was 45 minutes late and the PT could not take me. Well at this point I was angry because due to being asked to sit down and wait until the ladies completed their project and then do paperwork that is what caused the 45 or at least 40 minute delay. The PT walked through an open door glaring at me as if it was my fault. It was not it was the ladies that delayed due to their rude response that they were working on something. Even another patient sitting in the waiting room who watched the whole episode said as I was walking out, " you were on time." I replied yes I was and this was annoying and unacceptable. Today I cancelled all PT's I had scheduled. I will call my doctor get a new order and go to AGMC PT where in the past I had a great experience. There are many young and elderly patients that are in pain and to make someone come back and not take them is so wrong and as I said unacceptable and unprofessional since it was not my fault. Doc's have been great! The PT staff and office help at this office were terrible.
