But I ran into problem I couldn't find solution for. All of the big plumbing wholesale supplies were baffled. Called Master Plumber friend of many years. Said he hadn't seen this either. Call Mark's he told me. Who is that? Turned out they were 10 blocks from my shop in W FTW. At that time it was a very small warehouse/showroom. Within 5 minutes they had located replacement parts for my unit. Had them ordered and waiting for me in 3 days. Since then they have grown exponentially into huge company. Full city block now. But every time I go in it's still trained friendly staff helping you. And 95% of the time now they have your parts in stock. All companies should be operating this way. Call or drop into Mark's.

Closing was delayed for 3 weeks because of plumbing and pool issues from the freeze. There was this specific part that everyone seem to be looking for. It was a hard find, but during the time it took to get to the sellers to fix the pool, I reached out to Chris and he said he had used part that was still good. He was willing to help us by letting us "borrow" the part until the new one arrived. By doing this, it allowed us to get the pool running and get the other issues fixed. We were able to close on the house that week. On top of that, he dropped off the part and picked it up. This is an extreme act of kindness. He doesn't even know who we are. He didn't demand or ask us to use his service. Most people would say we have to use their service to get the part. We didnt because the seller used their own pool guy and the guy was already involved from the beginning of the process. The people in the FB group highly recommended Chris because he came to fix their pool and their neighbors' pools. Everyone was having pool issues and it was so hard to get parts and for someone to come out. I really appreciate Chris for his generosity and for helping a stranger. At first it may not seem much compared to some of the bigger stores, but as you walk the property you soon realize they have SO much more. Sure they have all the things you see at other nurseries, they also have more you don't see everywhere. I was especially impressed by their Texas Natives selection. I have been trying to slowly transition my yard to more native plants. Many items were on sale, so that was a bonus as well. Bagged goods (dirt, sand, peat, potting soil, etc.) we're all $3 off per bag, making them a heck of a value. I also saw a tree I liked while there and the staff was super knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about it. Great staff and great nursery!

She said, I'm going to be honest with you, he just takes a long time. My advice to anyone reading this, finish the read and find another company. This company doesn't want the work. Why did he come to my house to provide an estimate and waste my time. If the job wasn't big enough then say you decline the work. Don't say you want the work then never supply an estimate. This owner is not trustworthy, and frankly a terrible person! Beware of this business! I'm giving one star bc I could give less!

We've used A Quality for decades, and they have delivered excellent service…read more However, I have been going round and around with their Service department over the current condition if our pool. It is disgusting, green and cloudy. The service guys come each week and attach pictures of the pool after service, like this is normal. It might benm normal for a stock tank, but not for our pool.
