Instantly I reached to my VA primary care for approval for care in community approval to get me massages etc at this location. Heather Watts is massage therapist n so much more I was approved to see for care. It was so nice to not only have a close massage therapist who offers cupping, red light therapy, acupuncture and more like dietary counseling. The practice has app so you can communicate and schedule plus the internal atmosphere is white noise friendly. Not gonna lie I was extremely worried about the busy location of corner of Millbrook and Six Forks in Midtown Raleigh especially when I entered her room facing Millbrook but I relaxed once on table due to our comprehensive intake conversation and she had air purifier going which is great for people who like fan noise to zone out. The staff, office and facilities are extremely well appointed with that healing calm one needs to relax and let the practioner administer their care to you one on one. I as a USN veteran who often hears others say they don't support Durham VA or practioners my DR G. Is the most amazing caregiver who listens who replies to messages and bridges in care at VA as well as CARE IN COMMUNITY. I feel extremely well cared for having positive care cause it's so rare. I am healing well, and feel that the care quality is on point. I need to keep the care on going, even after I am completely healed cause things can go south at times, and you would never know. From my understanding they've been in business 20 plus years, and they know what they're doing when it comes to your health and needs. Another very important thing you should know is that his vitamins and nutrition he sells have no fillers, so when looking for vitamins and supplements, I don't need to wonder what is in them, and he teamed up with the best to make sure we're getting the nutrition and not fillers. Not sure why but after I've spent 12 minutes doing these forms, I went to the back and I was asked by the young Doctor Who was attending with nobody else in the store at the time what I wanted to have worked on and I said my ankles they said you don't want anything done to your back or your neck and I said no, I would like my ankles worked on, please. She then proceeded to try to interview me like I was under CIA investigations about what I was doing today you know all I needed where's my ankles adjusted? I then asked her. I said I did not ask you to work on my neck or my back. Please work on my ankles. Well, I just need to do this first I said ma'am I do not want my back or my network done. Please work on my ankles and then she tried to talk me into getting more adjustments when all I wanted was my ankles to get worked on and then the Taylor Swift look alike. Receptionist comes in and says, sir is there a problem and I said yes I've asked this doctor on four separate occasions just to work on my ankles and she keeps touching me in areas that I did not ask her to do that and then she says we'd like you to leave so yes, I will leave and I will cancel my membership after a decade because of how I was treated.

If Brandy is the first point of contact for this business, that phone call tells all. If you're a veteran, this point of contact could and probably will cause a relapse and/or trigger if anything goes wrong if you miss it.
