I went to my chiropractor but still felt dizzy for several weeks after so I went to Dr Ali. Dr Ali found my problem and fixed it. Their associate, podiatrist Eugene Batelli, performed two surgeries on me, left foot fusion and right ankle replacement. Both FAILED significantly so much so that I found need to be treated by an ORTHOPEDIC surgeon who has discovered broken metal and screws in my left foot and a fallen arch and my right foot ankle with a replacement dislodged along with severe damage to the supporting tendon. I have had corrective surgery on one foot. My point is: KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PODIATRIST WHO PERFORMS SURGERY (DPM) AND AN ORTHOPERIC SURGEON who is an MD. It can and was very misleading And I have suffered greatly because of this.

I insisted that he file a report with corporate. 24 hours later, they offered me a store credit (there is nothing to buy besides Brooks sneakers) minus 20% for a restocking fee. They are crooks. She is a terrific physical therapist and has made a meaningful difference in my shoulder pain and overall comfort. Tina is highly skilled, attentive, and thoughtful in her approach. She takes the time to listen, explains what she is doing and why, and tailors therapy to what your body actually needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Her knowledge and intuition inspire confidence, and I always feel I am in very capable hands. Beyond her technical expertise, Tina is kind, patient, and genuinely invested in her patients' progress. Each session feels purposeful, encouraging, and well paced. I've seen real improvement and feel supported throughout the process. I highly recommend Tina to anyone seeking effective, professional, and compassionate physical therapy.
